You can still get your cdl pending charges may stop you from getting a job it's up to the company whatever company you want to go to ask them do they allow drivers with pending charges
To be honest its abf is right down the street from where I stay in they pull doubles I believe in you need a endorsement for that if they can help me get to my goal I will work for them it all depends on the person I would like to own a couple of trucks so I can help out people who have felons so if they have like a good lease purchase program im all in I say lease purchase because im still learning the industry in owner operater is a whole ball game that can make you or break you so ima keep my life jacket on till I learn how to swim fully

Try a company who want look at ur previous employment most likely it will be a 1099 company in Chicago area

For me it was 3 years after I got the charge but to be safe I would ask different companies because each company is requirements are different

I think you should be good if they was strict like that they would did a background check before they gave you the job I think your good
I currently have some pending charges against me can I still go to a CDL class and drive after I obtain my license
