Easily one of the best guest's that's been on this show. Great conversation and, probably unsurprisingly to me, he had a lot to share that was authentic to who he is. As someone who's been a sneakerhead since '99, the words about sneakerheads actually wearing their shows is gospel.
On the other hand, if you wear a nice pair of oxford regularly and take care of them, they will be nearly as comfortable as a pair of Jordans (or the like) while looking supremely more classy. People who think formal attire is uncomfortable haven't worn it enough or done enough work on having it fit properly.
