Of all the songs he did on Idol, I wish this one had been released as a single, and to country -- kudos to David for arrangement and performance but also Dolly for writing such beautiful lyrics.

I have a feeling that it won't make the cut for his first post Idol album, but I'd be thrilled if he would one day do an entire album like this. I've always had a passion for folk songs, and this is a sweet and sorrowful tale sung masterfully.

DC nailed this one but in a much different way. I wish he could have done the complete version LIVE. Sooo touching and his voice was PERFECT! Who says this boy can't sing? I look at DA and see someone fading out it little time.
