The Graffiti unhook the 3 phase wires , make sure they aren't touching and spin the back wheel by hand. If it's still rough then you have a bad bearing or misaligned side covers on the hub motor. The side covers are what keep the shaft aligned in the bearings. Look for gaps between the side covers and the outer wheel. Make sure the side covers are on tight, possibly some bolts loosened up while you were riding and now the shaft is misaligned. Also make sure the axle didn't spin inside the dropouts and damage your motor cable. Phases touching would absolutely explain this fault. You got the hall error first and that's a skinny little wire so if the main cable has been rubbed through by a brake rotor or whatever or spun inside the frame dropouts then that is your answer. Your 73. 2 types of BMS. Common port which means you charge and discharge through the same port, and then separate port. Hopefully that is whats in the top battery because if not then it was short and drained the bottom battery. Or...the bottom battery is damaged and has a bad row of cells that may only sag under load. So when you hook the top battery up the voltage difference is giving a huge amount of inrush current and has tripped the top battery into protect mode.Talk to powerful lithium about the reset procedure for that BMS. Use a meter and test the battery directly not via the BMS, Don't get all crazy and buy another battery. You probably just gave a bad row of cells in one of them or one is simply outt of balance. You may just be the victim of a BMS doing it;s job. The small balance leads that go into the BMS, unplug that and test between each wire, this gives you access to the positive and negative of the cells. If the cells are more than 200ms apart the BMS will turn off the discharge port. If you have a short it will prevent you from charging and disable the charge port. This is how we avoid fires. Fire bad. umkaaaay
I keep my EGO lawnmower and lawn tool batteries in the house instead of the garage because extreme temperatures aren't good for battery life and performance.
The super 72 has two different batteries probably two different output amps. You need to use a battery blender the top battery is draining the lower battery.
The PL battery on the 73 is drained. Your chinese pack is pushing all its amperage to the PL pack to charge it. Get a qs8 adaptor and charge both batteries to full then try, it will resolve your issue.
You must be cursed. My Juiced Hyperscorpion has over 2k miles, my daughters both have Himiway cruisers with over 1k miles. Only changed a couple of brake pads across all three bikes, not even a flat tire. Sorry you’re having so many problems my man. Enjoying all the content, keep up the great work.
Graffiti X - probably motor phase wire shorted out mate, stop hitting the throttle Lol. If u are doing something and the battery voltage is dropping from full to dead, that is bad /aka not good for the battery. Definitely something rubbing inside that motor ?
1:44 my best guess it's the controller. Had this happened to my 500W hub motor I replaced controller problem went away but second controller happened again so I'm going to try a new different brand controller. If I was Fedex guy I would tell you to hold me a bike to buy lol
I rode my old S2 (Super73 replaced the bike) on a 98 degree day and went to chick-fil-a and it sitting in the sun for 30 minutes helped catch the controller on fire…. Be careful. Ha
You know what happens when you just guess what is wrong with something? You start spending a lot of money that maybe you didn't need to spend. If you are going to keep a lot of bikes and have trouble with them, you are going to have to start to learn how to troubleshoot the problems. For a start, you need a VOM and that way you don't need to plug in the battery to know how many volts it has.
...the fact powerful lithium a brand I see promoted all over youtube made a battery with no charge port is scary. So few things with parrellel batteries rechaging both at once kills them, running regen without a battery splitter kills em. Gotta have a splitter to cut charge voltage so they only discharge.
Soundsike something is shorted on the 73 and when your pushing it, its grounding causing your battery rapidly discharge. Maybe a shorted controller or motor.
for the super73 go use amorge would probably be cheaper than the amazon one. people use these batterys for razors, some surrons and some electric dirt bike builds.
That is making your super 73 run off the charger. The batteries are dead and need to be charged all your doing is running your bike off the charger and of course it's going to drop because the charger can't put out the amps to run your bike at high speed. Try to just leave the charger on for a while. Or the BMS in the battery your charging thru went bad. Get a cord made it charge thru the powerful lithium battery it works.
@@MrCentralDriver yea I bet if you charge thru that battery you will be fine I bet just the charging side of the blue battery BMS went bad for charging.
So, I went and checked my hubs rotor, and it was only held in by 2, the others were gone, out with fresh ones and the loctite. I'd say you saved my motor or me or both there. Cheers, mate. 🫡
You can just run it sensorless. The Hall sensors are every motors weakest link. My personal bike I gutted the Hall sensors, and put 10 Guage phase wires, and my "1000" watt hub motor can pull 45 Amps at 52 volts, or around 2500 watts peak, for 40mph. These motors are simple, you should take a little time and learn about them. It will save you a lot of $$$$$
YOU need to review that Roméo pro 2 you just receive ..ASAP , i’m waiting on this to buy it lol i heard some great and terrible review so i’m not sure yet .. it goes 43 mph and can ride for hours .. PLEASE DO A REVIEW ! thx your the best
That's why I gave up on PEVs, just too much of a headache and sooo many fucking lemons. Happily back on my gas motorcycle, it was fun while it lasted but everything I owned electric didn't last a year before issues started coming up.
Oh gosh, do not ever spend $1300 for a 72V 32Ah battery. I purchased mine from Ali with 70Ah for not even $900. You can even make it deal or get x percentages off the price. Just recall, it's all made in China - you never know what you get at the end. With a 2 year warrenty on that Super73 it should cost you less effort to get the spare parts required for free especially when bought on Amazon. Yeah, looks like you got work to do 😁.
@@MrCentralDrivernot a problem at all since batteries can be costumized at any form factor. The Amp output power for the BMS itself can also be adjusted. Mine got 150A nominal n 220A peak. Needs to be discussed with the vendor before making an order.
@@MrCentralDriver they are probably the best budget friendly high discharge battery maker available at the moment. Look them up if interested in a different option

Just because one bike broke doesn't mean anything. We test things to make sure they work before they go to people like you so there is no issues. New bike I got from them. No issues.

Does that Graffiti X have a spare Hall Sensor plug on the motor? Like the Goat Power Bikes they have a spare in case one set of sensors go bad.
Probably but I'm not messing with it. It's been picked up a week ago

That is not correct … when you parallel same voltage batteries you are making one and acts as one battery
Most likely the fets in the controller died or cells are unbalanced. Powerful lithium battery without powerful lithium setup 😅

Not looking hot for the graffiti x. But I think the problem is the controller with the heat.
The fornt rotor is dope I like that for my rear hub motor
Do you think if I order a Graffiti X I will be wasting my money for a bike that doesn’t work? Or should the bike I order be okay?
I ordered one myself to review the final model to see if it's worth buying.
You are part of why I got an e-bike keep it up. I've learned a lot on this channel.
That's awesome!
Yeah that definitely sounds like a bad hall sensor inside the hub.
Super 73 the cheapest controllers and parts for any bike. Completely overhyped.
