Following
squared trigger guard -- already got the checkbook out
😂
They never seize to amaze me. Absolutely gorgeous frame.
Thank you!
*cease
@@Mockturtlesoup1 thank you. English is not my primary language and make mistakes
I hope it's a 10MM
so its a 1 piece 2011 frame with integrated magwell, square trigger guard and it takes standard 1911 grip scales ?
Oh man this is going to be greatness . Who does machining like that
Cabot, since you asked
That SQ Guard needs to be opened up like an actual squared guard....its 90% there
It's kind of unfortunate that if someone wants to add an arched mainspring housing Nighthawk will have to make it happen. That means all Nighthawk parts. It's not a bad thing, but it kind of defeats the purpose of customization to one's own desires. For instance, I prefer Wilson extractors, but the Nighthawk frames are drilled in a way that the hook to breech face is a lot closer than it should be and taking off so much material from the hook is a no no. Also, how is the main take down pin going to be designed? It's interesting, but I would rather see a machined, one part 2011 frame that is well designed. The 1 piece 2011 frames out there are cast metal and look really odd always providing a slot for an ambi-safety. When there is a will, there is a way. If Nighthawk is willing to go out of there way to change measurements and do there own thing, lets see some REAL change! Make us a one piece fully machined 2011 frame without an ambi-safety slot on the right side of the frame or some strange holes that make it look really odd. Way to go Nighthawk on not being afraid to do your own thing, but now it's time to
Solid frame double stack?
That would be interesting
Not really. there are several low cost double stacks out there already. It is a less expensive way to build one. Humm, lets see, Armscor, Kimber, the original Para Ordnance. Heck, even Wilson managed to get people to buy a cheaper bun to build with huge Utube fanfare.
I've wonder for a very long time why a magwell couldn't be an integral part rather than part of the mainspring housing or simply pinned onto the bottom of the grip frame. GRRRRRR!!!!
KnifeMaker
Make it California compliant PLEASE!
Ohhh I’m saving for a sandhawk. Wonder what this will be. Probably will sell out before I can buy it anyways.
When can you tell us more?!
It may be a little bit before we unveil the whole thing. But stay tuned!
Will these frame be available to purchase for gunsmiths like your other frames?
That's a good question. I don't believe we've thought about that yet. Stay tuned.
Ahhh my bank account
😂
Nighthawk Agent 3?
Just got my Agent 2, could be though!
@@GoldenWebb I want a commander Agent 2, I have the TRS Comp right now.
