- Thank you for watching my easy smoked cream cheese video. On this video, I smoked 2 blocks of cream cheese and made a delicious dessert. I took some warm cherry pie filling along with some blueberry pie filling and threw it on top on the warm cream cheese for a dessert that will blow your mind.

I 've been doing smoked cream cheese for awhile now, but I've wondered about using cherry pie filling for smoked cream cheese, thinking it might taste like cheese cake. Gonna have to try it.

Hey brother, I have done probably a 100 of these and I learned really quick that the wrapper they come in works just as good and you don't have to waste your foil.

@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ yeah man, so much easier and everything. I think the only thing I do is add a sheet of wax parchment paper between it so my customers can reheat the cream cheese.
What flavor wood works best in your opinion.
@ThaAlphaMale88 I have used apple and pit boss comp blend. For me, if you're doing a sweet one use apple. If you're doing a savory one, I use comp.

Try baked feta cheese topped with olive oil and ground spices, it softens up from being crumbly to a smooth, spreadable cheese. Much more flavor than cream cheese.
This looks like it would be best consumed directly after smoking some cheesecake 😉.

Wait, so what was the seasoning rub used? And what type of wood did you smoke with? The box said "legendary blend" which isnt very specific.

You can definitely have it cold. The smoke flavor will still be present. 👍
I would've done brown sugar.... Not a spice rub.
