    I thought sunflower oil like other vegetable oils is rich in omega 6, and highly inflammatory. That is why I stick to EVOO now.

    • @medicalmarvelsmedia3
      @medicalmarvelsmedia3  25 дней назад +5

      You're correct that sunflower oil, like many vegetable oils, is high in omega-6 fatty acids, which can be inflammatory when consumed in excess, especially if not balanced with omega-3 fatty acids. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is a healthier alternative, as it is rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, which have anti-inflammatory properties. Sticking to EVOO is a good choice for promoting better overall health. Thanks for sharing your approach and for watching the video!

      Pls b careful with evoo...I know it's a challenge being 'healthy".. but evoo is rich in polyphenols which can cause severe anaemia ..so careful what you pair it with. Ghee, clarified butter and coconut oil re healthy fat options

    Pasteurised orange juice ? I doubt very much it’s high in Vitamin C, could you pls show researches supporting such claim? There are research indicating pasteurised orange juice lost most of their vitamins after the process ……

    • @medicalmarvelsmedia3
      @medicalmarvelsmedia3  21 день назад +1

      You are correct that pasteurization can affect the nutrient content of orange juice, including vitamin C levels. Heating the juice to kill harmful bacteria can degrade heat-sensitive vitamins like vitamin C. Research from the journal of agricultural and food chemistry has shown that pasteurized orange juice typically contains lower levels of vitamin C compared to freshly squeezed juice. For the highest vitamin C content, fresh, unpasteurized orange juice or whole oranges are better options. Thanks for raising this important point and for watching the video!

    First of all thank you for your video, secondly for a non-medical person I, personally had found it difficult to follow, as it explains sometimes that K2 it is good for stopping cancer growth, then at the same time, there was another equation where by it also can give you cancer??? I am simply not going to take any kind of vitamin as in tablets except in food which most people right round the world do!!😊

    My hubby says it has to be Trans Mk-7 wbecause non-trans type causes hypercalcemia. I found trans type only at one brand called Life Extensions. I don't know. I've been taking mk-7 not listed as trans for years in my algae calcium pills. Thoughts?

    • @medicalmarvelsmedia3
      @medicalmarvelsmedia3  20 дней назад

      Your husband is correct that the "trans" form of MK-7 (menaquinone-7) is considered more effective and stable compared to the "cis" form. The "trans" form is the naturally occurring isomer found in fermented foods and is better absorbed by the body. Hypercalcemia, or high calcium levels in the blood, can be a concern if vitamin K2 is not effective in directing calcium to the bones and away from arteries. It's always best to consult with a healthcare provider before making changes to your supplement regimen though, especially if you have specific health concerns.
      Thanks for sharing your experience and for watching the video!

      You could try iodine for fibrocystic breast disease, if that's what it is. You could also try boron or zinc. Too nonspecific a question, but I hope one of these helps.
