    Hi Kristen!
    Your words are so powerful.
    You were smart enough to understand that Retail Arbitrage and regular wholesale is not sustainable and then you came up with bundling ideas.
    One question.
    If we want to bundle a brands products, do we have to get the brands direct permission first?
    Also, if a brand is auto ungated, does that mean we can create bundle out of this brand and use brand name in our listings?

      Branding permission is not required for creating bundles. Some brands ( lots of well-known major brands) have restrictions that don't allow you to create new ASINs with their products but it also depends on other factors. Hi Kristin! So grateful to join your FB group. Thank you for this video. I’m a new private label seller at Amazon. I am brand registered and created my simple Amazon store. It’s a generic name Store LLC. My first product has battery and I put my brand name on it. I found a product that I believe is profitable if I bundle. My question is, can I use the same brand name to bundle on a different product? Thank you!

    Thanks for this video. Little work around I came upon. While waiting for my custom printed mailing box I got an A merch account. When making my first item there it let me just type in a brand for it. I was later able to create a bundle listing using that btand. (My bundled items had UPC codes so I used one when creating the listing. When it asked if I was selling that item I said no, bc it was a bundle. Then I typed in a different UPC code from a bundle item and it allowed the listing.) I was able to create and complete a shipment and am waiting for them to process it. I guess if I need to do a bundle w no UPC items I'll have to request an exemption so the box will still come in handy. I got it from Etsy and it's coming from China but I since found out FedEx does them too.

      this is not a work around it is against amazons terms of service. you cannot assign a UPC code from an individual item in your bundle to represent the bundle. it must have a unique upc code or a GTIN exemption

    What are the best types of bundles to beat Chinese sellers?

      I'm sorry to say it all depends but it really does. There isn't a straight forward answer as this will depend on what you are looking to sell and the research behind it. I teach you how to find profitable products and data to see if your bundles will work inside the Wholesale Bundle System: www.mommyincome.com/system

    if we have already brand for private label. can we use same brand for wholesale bundle?

  • @elaineboisseau9061

    In the video you say that the trademark office likes to see a brand being used already, but if Amazon doesn't accept a brand name unless you have the serial number then it's impossible to show the brand being used.

      you can use it in other places before amazon. ive seen people use it on Facebook marketplace, ebay, their own websites and craft and vendor shows. Showing it in use can also be done after you file. intend to use vs in use are both filing options

    New here, how do you know if somthing is restricted?

    • @MommyIncomekristin
      @MommyIncomekristin  3 года назад

      Unfortunately there isnt a list of restricted brands. if you hit the "sell one like this" button on the product details page it will let you know whether you need approval or not to sell that product
