They said on Talking Dead that this is the first episode in the shows history with no human deaths OR walker kills. Nothing dies in this episode... for once XD
some things that made me realise and question if all these things were actually happening: _the convo with yumoki at the start, it just felt off, and you never saw her _when princess and ezekiel were questioning and yelling at storm trooper dude, if you paid attention, the way the scene was directed, ezekiel would disappear behind princess, and it seemed like she was the only one in the room, like she was channeling her and ezekiel _when storm trooper dude said "getting snatched up by some chick', he never mentioned ezekiel...cuz her was never there i really enjoyed this ep and insight into princess' character these bonus eps have great, and then when we jump into S11, we'll have all this character development and info, and S11 can hit the floor running
They confirmed on Talking Dead that except for the beginning and the ending everything else was a hallucination. She never talked to Yumiko, Eugene, or Ezekial, it was all in her head. I'm curious if Stephanie set Eugene up, is she even with the Commonwealth, or if she really wanted to meet up with him, but her plan was found out and turned into a trap.
I have been thinking about the end, a great deal. I think they are taking them to the Commonwealth. I don't read the "comics". The sacks are to keep them from being able to tell how to get there.
@@marlarogers9304 I agree about why the sacks are being used. They definitely don't want the group to see which way they are headed. I haven't read the comics either and I try not to get too many details about what happens in them. I don't want to be spoiled if the show follows the comic and I want the surprise even if they do something from them in a different way or to a different character.
As soon as she got the splinter in her finger (right before she started talking to Yumiko), she began to hallucinate. So everything after that until the splinter was removed was just her imagination coping with the horrors of her childhood. She uses her ecstatic imagination to process the world when she is scared. She never talked to Yumiko, she was instead talking to herself, just talking through what she was experiencing, paralleled with the abuse she took from her step father. She never talked with Eugene, just argue with herself whether or not she should try helping the others. The interrogation with the dark, shadowy guy was only her memory of her step father. That part probably happened, just not the way we saw it happen (from Princess's point of view). Ezekiel never showed up inside her cart, it was only her mind playing the two decisions. One decided she shouldn't do anything and wait for the people to take them all away. The Ezekiel side was her trying to take a stand, and then arguing if Yumiko, Eugene and Ezekiel were really her friends (quickly swatted away, btw). Ezekiel was her anger being let out due to confrontation, the side of her wanting to fight for her friends took control, while the other side, played Princess herself was trying to halt the aggression (notice Princess never laid a hand on him to stop him, just shouted. Notice how Ezekiel through some of the shots didn't flow correctly, because he never was there to begin with). There are most likely more scenes I'm forgetting here, but I think this shows just how cool this episode was, and how great it was for a new character, to keep us watching the whole time, throw a twist in that was completely unexpected, and top it off with a solid cliffhanger. I love it!
This was better than previous episodes for me ... the most beautiful shot of me when the princess was talking at the fence with the walker and she thought it was Ezekiel
People like princess are too good for this world. I had a friend like that in high school, where as soon as you become friends, it’s a fierce, unbreakable friendship. Even if it leads that person to be taken advantage of or abused, they still feel like they owe their friend. People like that are the best friends to have because you know you always have someone in your team, ready to have your back.
At 10:18 I can't help but imagine the walkers hanging off ezekiel's shoulder all chill are like " wassup baby, lemme get that number....come with us, you know u want to"
When Princess was talking to Yumiko but they did not cut to Yumiko I suspected she might have been hallucinating I just didn't know to what extent. Plus it was that piece of wood covering the hole was a bit suspect as well.
They made it seem that Yumiko was on the other side of the wall and that she couldn't come up to it because of her injuries. Princess is in a railway car. The other side of the wall is the outside of the railway car. The only thing there is the coupling mechanism of the railway car.
Sadly, Princess never spoke to any of her friends after they were taken. During her realization there was never a hatch in the wall for her to escape to talk to Eugene nor was there a broken piece of the wall for her to talk with Yumiko so she made everything up
I think that Princess, Ezekiel, Yumiko, and Eugene all passed their tests and now they are being moved to this groups town. They have bags over their heads { like Jack, Kate, and Sawyer did } so they would not be able to locate where they live if and when they are taken back to the train cars and set free if things don't work out for them there.
Look at yumikos left ankle in the last scene. It’s twisted, and also notice that the guards are holding Ezekiel and Eugine, close and personal, but one hand is on Yumiko, and on her back not so close to her. You can also hear the guards say, “I’ve never seen one turn so fast.” As they walk past princess’s cart. After that yumiko is no longer heard. So I think yumiko is the fastly turned person the guards are talking about, and when they take off her bag, they’ll see zombie yumiko. But that’s just a theory.
Wow!!!! The producers pulled a "Sixth Sense" M.Night Shamylan twist on us!!!!It worked too!!!My favorite episode by far!!!! Princess killed it!!! It's official.Shes my favorite!!
Am I the only one not worried about the bags over their heads? Clearly they’re headed to the Comminwealth. The soldiers most likely have orders not to let anyone new know how exactly to get there.
I’d like to point out how realistic Princess’s coping mechanisms are. It will have gotten her through some really tough shit in life being able to imagine all these ways out of situations, those around her, it’s just so sad she’s been through so much that she requires the need for such coping mechanisms. She did a great job in this episode, especially seeing as we don’t know much about her yet. She really pulled us in with her history!
i love how they played this episode. character development for princess like with the other episodes instead of giving us the full introduction for the next story arc. hopefully in season 11 we see the others and their interview
When you think about it, the Commonwealth soldiers treatment of them wasn’t a lot different of the way Michonne, in particular, reacted to the arrival of Yumiko, Connie & co and people congratulated her for being cautious and sceptical In this world their well within their rights to probe for info and assess rather than be openly friendly and welcoming.
Great episode, finally we get the follow up to that damn cliffhanger! Side note from a Star Wars fan: Happy you finally saw it! and the reference you made was great! I don't think stormtroopers reside only on the death star, instead i think most of them stick to star destroyers but someone else could clarify!
Anyone else have a massive crush on that soldier though? His eyes 😍 I was making wildly inappropriate jokes every time he was on scene. My man is STUNNING! lol.
With princess imagining Ezekiel and Eugene, I’m starting to think that Lance (the guy who was interviewing her) wasn’t actually a big, scary, shadowy man. Maybe they showed him as big and scary because in her mind, these new people are terrifying. And when she was unknowingly beating that other soldier, it makes me think that maybe, just maybe, she tried doing the same to Lance and he had to knock her out.
Like, bff, girlfriend, sister, maybe just a family memeber she was close to and Yumiko really reminded Princess (Juanita) about that person..ya know?? Lol i hope you get what i mean hahaha
ALSO they legit foreshadowed princess said when they first met "I'm not hallucinating... BUT there is a first time for everything" or something AND EZEKIAL (Khary) WAS A HALLUCINATION!!!!!!!! I hope im not the only one who realized
Last episode, Mayes trusted Aaron and Gabriel, gets his head smashed from behind. This episode, Princess trusted the guard, gets her head wrapped by a cloth. Next episode, Daryl trusts Carol, probably gonna do something to his head. 🤷🏻

In the episode there was a guard talking to Mercer on the radio gonna be seeing his character in season 11 I can’t wait till princess meets mercer don’t worry I think they reason they put bags over there heads is for they can’t see where there going and how to get to there place that’s with 50,000 people

Ezekiel has turned into a walker because of the cancer.. Pay attention to his head at the end of the episode. Only walkers make that movement with the head... They probably covered his mouth...
Oooh you finally watched Star Wars? Did you record a reaction to it? If you did, I look forward to seeing it. If you didn't I'm going to be very sad. If you skip back a few minutes, the hints are there once you realize Ezekiel isn't there. If Princess were really determined to escape on her own, all she had to do is unstrap the rifle. That's what was getting caught. I have to be honest tho, from how people are in the apocalypse, I think taking those extra precautions by The Commonwealth is just a logical way to make sure that the people they let in aren't infected (Nude stripping) and staying in the carts until all of them have been interrogated (So they share the same story a.k.a. They're telling the truth.) The group did accept to meet up at that spot too, then Princess tried to steal one of the soldiers' weapons, which made them more aggressive. I have to be honest, this episode made me dislike Princess a whole lot more. The only things she did here was to jeopardise the group's safety.

Princess is such a great character. Glad she got her own episode.
Me too. I already like TV Princess 100x more than I ever did comic Princess tbh. I just want to see her find happiness lul
Why though? I feel like she’s just a filler character
