- Here's our electric guitar cover on Living Hope - Phil Wickham. This song doesn't have many electric guitar parts thus we decided to add some ideas in so that you can use them in your church worship :)
Hope you like them. God Bless!

Thank you. This is one of my favorite song.
Awesome 👏 👏 Loved the chords arrangements for the chorus part & especially the last part with awesome filling. My favorite song. Last time, I tried it with acoustic. I’m gonna try lead cover with your composition next time. God bless!!
Thanks for the positive comments. Go have fun with it. God bless!
My mum and dad love this song so i am going to learn it
👍👍
Very cool. Is that a JTV-69 with a Strat neck on it? Really nice upgrade if that's the case. Wish I could do that to my 59! Guess I could, but it would cost a pretty penny haha
Yeap , replaced with a Strat neck which felt more at home :) Changing neck on 59 might be tough though..
Wow that solo at the end was so good!
Thanks!
Sounds great! Do you recall which amp model that you are using?
Thanks! We are using Fender Deluxe Vib with Ownhammer Fender IR. :)
@@GuitarEmerge Thanks!
Hello! where can i avail a tshirt similar to the one you are wearing?
How great the chasm that lay between us
How high the mountain I could not climb
In desperation, I turned to heaven
And spoke your name into the night
Then through the darkness
Your loving kindness
Tore through the shadows of my soul
The work is finished, the end is written
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Who could imagine so great a mercy?
What heart could fathom such boundless grace?
The God of ages stepped down from glory
To wear my sin and bear my shame
The cross has spoken, I am forgiven
The king of kings calls me His own
Beautiful savior, I'm yours forever
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me free
Hallelujah, death has lost its grip on me
You have broken every chain
There's salvation in your name
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me free
Hallelujah, death has lost its grip on me
You have broken every chain
There's salvation in your name
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Then came the morning that sealed the promise
Your buried body began to breathe
Out of the silence, the roaring lion
Declared the grave has no claim on me
Then came the morning that sealed the promise
Your buried body began to breathe
Out of the silence, the roaring lion
Declared the grave has no claim on me
Jesus, yours is the victory, whoa!
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me free
Hallelujah, death has lost its grip on me
You have broken every chain
There's salvation in your name
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me free
Hallelujah, death has lost its grip on me
You have broken every chain
There's salvation in your name
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Jesus Christ, my living hope
Oh God, you are my living hope
Thnak you
Is this the rhythm part or lead?
It's our version of the song. Assuming only 1 electric guitar in the band :)
@@GuitarEmerge ok. I am part of the student leadership band at my church and the detector wants me to play the rhythm part. I can’t find anything on it so in your opinion where do I start?
@@isaacharp7776 Start by playing some chords and triads :)
