Fall 2024: Harvesting Hibiscus Roselle in our Desert Garden

We just had another bountiful harvest of Hibiscus Roselle, an evergreen plant that is prized for its calyx, which many use as main ingredient for jams, juices, and teas. These flowers are delicious as they are very nutritious!
