I have many many versions of this song, and yes, I have Trace's version, and have heard his live versions as well. All of his performances are great. I am also giving this group acknowledgement for their outstanding performance here, and how it came together for this one moment. No matter how many times a group or performer may perform a song, there are rare moments when everything comes together and moves with intense, wrenching emotion. Trace's many performances are great, a few rise to the top. This group also meets that threshold with its lasting impression. To be in the room when they gave this performance would have been a real lasting gift.
