ive noticed more P2000's entering service ane if im correct, these are being sent to suppliment the AnsaldoBreda P2550's which have begun a refurbishment program by Kinkisahryo. Also im glad we got to see this iconic light rail vehicle on the L line's former right of way. great footage.
Awesome video! It felt like 2003 again, from LA Union Station (1:17:30) to Sierra Madre Villa station in Pasadena (1:48:51) onboard a Siemens P2000 light rail vehicle (car 301) rolling back on its "home tracks" like if it was in 2003. Hopefully, some of the P2000 LRV units make a comeback on the E Line, running towards East LA, the west LA cities, and Santa Monica (same for the AnsaldoBreda P2550 light rail vehicles after rehab).
Great video. Can't believe a major lrt line such as this doesn't have signal priority over cars when running at grade. The time lost is insane. Definitely when it comes to lrt the us should watch European examples which have, for the most, strict priority over cars...

Very nice high horn usage
Indeed
Great to be seeing the P2000s and also the P2550s as well. The P3010s are just so underwhelming and there are too many of them as well.
Definitely
I agree, wished that the Nippon Sharyo didn’t retire, to have 4 sets: Nippon, Anslado, Siemens, & Kinki.

Thank you for making the time, dedication, and effort on catching a P2000 and making this long cab view man!
Of course!

What an amazing video. Thanks for your dedication.😊
Thanks!
Nice video!! Hope you enjoyed the long ride. The p2000 feels very relaxing. The door chimes are loud!!
Thanks!
Awesome Video . I really enjoyed it
Thanks!
Clean video 👍🏾
Thanks!
Awesome video! I hope LA Metro repaints the p2000 in the future. I feel they could use a repaint.
Hell yeah
When did the Siemens get new announcements remember when they had the old muffy announcements
Why did the operator interrupt the announcements?
They're too long and annoying
