Amaizing scent !!! Only one who can stand by Valentino Uomo Intense , but in so differnt way ... pure masterpiece 🔝🔝🔝 10/10 ... its kind of addictive . I was traveling in bus and womans reactions on this smell was that their eyes were searching the point from where comes that amaizing scent !!! Few seconds later I was in the centre of womans attraction ... great feeling 💞 So again ... one hell of a fragrance , seductive , intensive , long lasting 💣

Yeah this is 🔥! Been out of stock in Australia for quite some time but landed on my birthday luckily. I’d tried to get it at all the department stores for weeks but was never in stock, only had the tester. Heck I even tried to buy that but they wouldn’t budge. Then I went one afternoon and it’d had just been restocked 30 minutes before I got there and was lucky enough to get the last one. It’s flying off the shelf here in Oz. Definitely get that bubblegum type of vibe but done right! Not the same but I get YSL Y dna vibes but a lot smoother and more mature imo. Word of warning, don’t spray it on white shirts as it’ll stain

Original gets looped in with invictus type fragrances but that ginger mid and vetiver drydown is chefs kiss for me . The intense smells like 20% born in Roma mixed with Armani code / lemale for me not a fan

Hi! I get an OK projection from my use of it (so far) and I've used it quite a bit. It's definitely NOT beast mode or super strong, so I would not expect it to be powerful. It gets noticed (when sprayed properly) though, but I'm not sure how long that projection lasts.. Will share more when I do a more in-depth review of it 😊
Comparing the original and the intense, I like the original more because the bubblegum characteristics are more dominant, that's what I like. I think with Born in Roma EDT and Intense it's like with Le Beau EDT and Le Beau Le Parfum. Born in Roma and Le Beau smell completely different, I'm talking about the character. Le Beau EDT and Born in Roma EDT fresh, sweet and sparkling. Le Beau Le Parfum and Born in Roma Intense thicker/heavier and more on the sweet side instead of fresh. You agree with my point of view?😉
Hi! Yeah, I think I sort of agree with the way you describe them and their differences (compared to the original scents). The OG born in roma is definitely a more light and (sort of) fresh blend with a bit of sweetness whereas the new intense has more depth and warmth to it with that dose of vanilla and it's spiciness. Le Beau Le Parfum is also a fuller and richer scent with more depth to it compared to the original le beau which is lighter. I need to compare both of the born in roma fragrances to see how they really differ when it comes to that bubblegum-ish kind of scent and their sweetness, etc. 😊 Appreciate the feedback!!

I think it works great for summer night outs, etc. It's not a super strong scent though (at least not on me), which basically means either spraying quite a bit if you want it to stand out more or simply going for another (stronger) fragrance. In other words, If you're after a very strong "room filler" kind of night out/clubbing scent then this is probably not it 😊

However , I Haven’t pulled the trigger on a bottle yet , because I saw intense come out. Didn’t even think of Uomo Intense , until you mentioned in this video haha.
I originally thought Born in Roma was meh. Such a different turn for the Uomo line. Coral Fantasy didn't help any and Yellow Dream was just cloyingly sweet pineapple and vanilla. Now, this new Intense version is miles better. Give it a chance, people. It's sexy, yes still sweet but you will get compliments from it. It's a nice change of pace from the blue DNA variations.

I don't feel it's overly sweet though. If you would mention 3 fragrances you feel have a bit of sweetness but that are not overly sweet to you, which would they be? 😊
I like it, but it's a little overpriced. On my skin I get a ton of lavender so I would compare it to Ralph's Club just better blended and sexier. I will eventually pick it up but at a discount.
Hi! I don't think they are the same. Dior Homme intense is one of my fragrances for life and I would pick that one over this for sure. But they are different and I've really enjoyed wearing the new born in roma intense since I bought it. Will try and do a review of it soon 😊
Since Valentino BIR intense just has 3 notes it makes it perfect for layering. And since 2/3 notes are already in DHI they can be synced together very well. ALSO ALSO, DHI original formulation had vanilla in it! So by layering them together you get something similar to the original 2007 DHI!!
To bad all the Born in Roma Bottles are so similar.Makes a quick grab and go a bit difficult.But i think Born in Roma Intense is good Designer fragrance.

I think the "intense" here (and in a lot of other fragrances) is a bit misleading in that it's not always about the intensity. This is not the same scent as the original, just made stronger. It's a bit different for sure. Not sure why they name their fragrances this way because it doesn't always reflect on the performance of a scent.. 🤦♂️ With that said, I feel the performance of this is better than the OG.

I dont like the fizzyness, which i assume is the aromatics? Maybe its the ginger? But i love everything else, its the dry down that i adore.

Would this be better than the Dior Homme Intense?
Hi! I don't think they are the same. Dior Homme intense is one of my fragrances for life and I would pick that one over this for sure. But they are different and I've really enjoyed wearing the new born in roma intense since I bought it. Will try and do a review of it soon 😊
