It's not the first time you mentioned the devs wasting a design for a character but the devs didn't create the designs for the steampunk characters. Horikoshi did for a character popularity poll featuring all the steampunk characters that appeared in the memories so far. That why I would be (pleasantly) surprised if we got a steampunk shigaraki instead of an Iida or a Kirishima, both characters who are more popular in japan than our dear shiggy. Like, even Shindo was placed higher than Shigaraki in that particular popularity poll.
got steampunk todoroki and my first dx of compress in one rotation and i have another 2000 gems saved up for the next step up, didnt get the memory though.
How lucky was i? I did one full rotation and here's what i got: Step 1 UR Purple Shigaraki Step 2 To Our Future heroes UR memory Step 3 Fighting Alongside hero UR Memory Step 4 Purple UR Nejire (Nejire with the short hair) Step 5 Steampunk Shoto.
I got him on my second multi on the step up banners! And I got the new UR memory in the first multi. I get to save my gems. Congrats on getting Shoto and the memory as well!

no you don't, the pieces are used to level up the other two boards in the ability board area once you get her, well the third ability board once you get a dupe of her

I went through 2 full rotations, got 1 copy of Todoroki on the first one and on the last step of the second I got 2 copies!
