I have almost did ex2 but like My team is hanami teen gojo yuki (ce regen) and inumaki i have hanami and inumaki skill 2 maxed out but i still die and on top if you tryna use shoko well, you cant heal anyways unless you run yuki yaga shoko and teen gojo so you can counter the ce decrease with yaga's buff and heal your allies with shoko but you wouldnt have any dmg decreaser except for teen gojo

Is teen gojo and teen geto and toji when half anniversary banners and the rerun ends will they be added in the stranded banner?
i dont hink so along with the jjk 0 characters as well
They will he added to standard at some point but most likely in another 6 months or so
