You earned this one after Jenny and Screech
The Big Push "sweet little lady"! Where they walk down the alley way! Badass
And the black and white video too!!! It's a great rock vibe
Live acoustic!
This isn’t REN’s band btw, all the band members shine.
BTW, you are right!!
Well spoken!
Englishman in New York by the big push.
Oh yes, Englishman and then Bongo Bong. They go together.
The Big Push - What Kind Of Woman Is This live
Blues rock with a modern twist. Should be right up your alley.
Find more of the Big push. Like I shot the sheriff/road to zion/hip hop or the War pigs cover. It's comforting and hits in a happy way. Can be pleasant sometimes.
that whole session was nice!!
Ok now try Back On 74/Message in a bottle retake. It's safe 😁
He released a rap song called Troubles that has a sample of the song he just sung but it is one of his heavier song. It's about his health issues.
Love Back on 74 message in a bottle retake
@@helenjarvis7755, me too! It’s one I could let play nonstop, forever, and I don’t think I’d get tired of it!
Just wait until you find his collabs…. Our talent surrounds this genius human. Look for chinchilla ‘Chalk outlines’ and ‘how to be me’ .. Sam Tompkins ‘blind eyed’ … Eden Nash ‘humble’ … the list goes on.
To hear their different vocals shine, try The Big Push - Praise You cover & then Bongo Bong cover! Ren, Gorran (usually the main bass player, but in this one your CCR-voiced man), and Romain (lead guitar) all shine equally in those tracks and it’s great to hear them harmonizing together.
Praise You blows me away every time, so good.
Yup, and Swan song, harmonizing beyond belief, and it's a TBP original, Gorran wrote it
Yess! "Swansong"👍🦢
Gorran Kendall is the guy who sounds like CCR. He has an old 60s-70s sound for sure. He is the coolest. He is a free spirit who just wonders the lands singing and camping. Hes worth a follow on his own. So does Romain Axisa, the amazing guitar player also sings and the drummer is Glenn. He does computer stuff now.
@@sanoraray Gorran the traveling minstrel ✌🏻❤️
Add the big push l shot the Sheriff, road to Zion, hip hop to your list! Great reactions ✌️
💯 I think that's my favorite of their busking videos!
When you look for The Big Push reactions to I Shot the Sheriff and War Pigs, look for the one where Ren is wearing red braces in both. It's the best version of these.
That gig with Ren in red suspenders was mind blowing. And there are a couple songs Gorran sings as well :)
If you don't know what red braces are. They are red suspenders... And he's wearing a tank top and fingerless gloves... Every busking video with that outfit is just stellar❤❤❤❤
The Big Push’s War Pigs is another good one. Ren sounds great, like always, and Romain (killer pants) has a great guitar solo. Bongo Bong' (Manu Chao cover) is another one you need to hear. Pure fun, friends having a jam session on the rooftop after dinner.
very small point, this and other big push busking videos are in brighton
Nice one! ❤
I’m pretty sure that while all other humans are 55-60% water, Ren just went and replaced that with music and it’s pouring out of him 😂 Not only that but he is also a magnet for other talented artists. Everyone in The Big Push are so good - and all the guitarists sing. They take turns depending on the song and there is just no ego. The real magic of the band is that it’s foremost a group of friends who bonded over a shared love for music and they’re sharing that love with us while having fun together. Anyone who got to see them live are some lucky bastards 🤣
Gorran's voice reminds me of Tim Buckley. Deep, growly, high, wailing, very masculine tone, throwback feel but not throwback at all. Deeply soulful and raw. Something new. Love his skills!
Great reaction video! May I recommend Chalk Outlines and How To Be Me, both of which he did with Chinchilla.
Gorran has the nick name bob dylan
Great reaction. The Big Push just kicks it. All the band members are so talented in their own right - it's magic. Yet another rabbit hole for you to venture down. It's all good no matter what you choose to listen to. Everybody will tell you to do the red suspenders session videos and they are correct. They were on fire that day.
BP my happy place ❤
Love Gorran’s voice, too. Isn’t it weird to think CCR is from Southern Cal? Enjoying your reactions. Thank you.
Keep up the great reactions!
Hadn’t seen this one myself yet! Gonna hop over to their page and hit this one with a big ol thumbs up. Lol there is SO much Ren/big push stuff to listen to still!!
Another great one! It’s so exciting to see you experience Ren and his friends. He surrounds himself with very talented people. Looking forward to continuing to follow your journey into the world of Ren! ☮️❤️😎
❤❤❤
They are so damn good together!!! I adore these guys! Best thing is they also have stellar solo stuff (the guitarist Romain Axisa’s songs are amazing 🤩) . But together they are a force of nature, we are so many who are hoping for a reunion ❤ great reaction, you will love The Big Push’s original songs, I promise.
Best band ever! All so talented! Love your reaction, liked and subscribed 🎉🎉🎉
Love this song. Love this rendition.
Great reaction ❤ You want old soul try The Big Push What Kind of Woman is This❤
🔥🖤🎶
The beginning of this reaction video, what you said, describing Rens genius, is exactly what we all want to say! It’s how every reactor feels. One of a kind. The G O A T!!! Once in a lifetime talent, not just once in a generation.
When I hear someone with the passion for the brilliance that is Ren, it hat you have, my fire gets relit!! Thank you so much!
Awesome reaction looking forward to the next ✌️
They do get down! Thanks for another one!
God i love ren on the bass so much. Hes such a beast on the bass 😊💜
Everyone in this band is incredible, they're another fun rabbit hole!
Love this band
✌️💙
I love them so much, the energy when they play together is always just wonderful. The fact that they all switch up roles and perform in their own right is so lovely. Gorran (the CCR guy) has some great solo stuff too. As does Romain (lead guitar).
Feeling Good, Nina Simones legendary Song
🤘😊🇫🇮💙🪄🎼✨💯👍
I love Big Push, they are all brilliant. Love Ren. ❤❤❤
It’s refreshing to here you say that about
‘O Brother’
My actual favorite movie
Ohh you're gonna love Big Push's Bongo Bong and i Shot the Sheriff (with the red suspenders). Im coming with ya on the Ren ride.
"Those cats get down" that is a top notch compliment.
#Renagades Let's Go!
If you want to see the Big Push vocal prowess, check out Swan Song. Vocals and harmonizing for DAYSSSSSS!
thank you for continuing to react and support my favourite artist ever love your reactions ❤❤❤
Ok got a new sub. Looking forward to you cover Chalk Outlines (Live)
The Big Push are one of, if not the most talented group of artists. They all trade off playing lead on vocals and guitar. They are not just band mates , they are friends and they have such a great love for the music that they never had a “ frontman “; rather they put the music first. Again, you can’t go wrong with anything from them. Of their original songs my personal favorites are Dignity, Sweet Little Lady( official music video and the live), Swan Song ( one by Gorran- the CCR dude), It’s Alright. All of their covers and mashups are absolutely fantastic. They make the arrangements so special and cohesive you get lost in the performance. Ren collabs with lots of other artists and you will find yourself going down Ren rabbit holes adjacent 😂
Wait til you hear Romain. C’est magnifique!❤
Loved your shocked reaction at the start! 😂 “Skippity bop” indeed. Thanks for your reaction. Love the bass solo too.
So you get a lot of recommendations for The Big Push - I shot the Sherrif
There are several versions of this song online. The one everybody wants you to react to is The Big Push - I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop. You can find it on The Big Push channel - not on Ren's channel.
yup, with Ren wearing red suspenders :)
The other guy is Goran Kendall he is also amazing. He has solo music check him out definitely!❤😊
Love, love, love this performance; my second favorite of theirs. My favorite is Precious. Can you add this to your list? 💜💜
Yes, I hope he adds it to the list!
It’s so amazing to watch how engrossed you become in Ren’s performances!😉💙✌️
Big Push.... Paint it Black.... Rolling Stones cover......... watch Ren Shred a bass guitar!!
what I wouldn’t give to go back in time and watch him busk in his earlier days. Thanks for another great reaction. I can’t wait for you to tackle Money Game trilogy.
Do NOT sleep on The Big Push. They are all 🔥🔥🔥, but I just love Romain on that guitar. Anothe TBP busking performance you might like is “Heart Attack”
I love this video with Gorran putting the new strap on and rubbing the back of Ren's head. I also love how both of them sing on these two songs. Gorran is amazing. Glenn is the unsung hero on the drums, he also plays bass but no with The Big Push. Last but not least is Romain who is a beast on the guitar and sooo much fun to watch. Romain also sings a lot on the busking videos. Both Gorran and Romain have their own channels and are putting out music. Ren, of course, is unmatched. Love that man. Thank you for your reaction.
Gorran has the 70s voice and does lead on the Stones covers. As a single busker, he plays a lot of Dylan and sounds great yhere too. All the front men have their own channels. I flow all of them.
Wow. Thank you. I've been trying to figure out who Goran reminded me of ever since I heard his voice. Credence Clearwater Revival! Of course!
Ren & Chinchilla - Chalk Outlines. +How to be me. When you’re ready for more emotional songs ♥️
💫
This is such a fun bunch of covers… they (as a band) have many. Just before they went their ways.. when Ren had to leave Brighton for Canada and his treatments.. they did a ‘street concert’ and there are some great vids of them doing mashup covers - you’ll enjoy them! Romain and Gorran are both out on their own now still writing and performing. The drummer (whose name I can’t remember) isn’t playing any longer as far as I know. Be sure to check out An Englishman in New York and Bongo Bong.. both are great - and lots of fun!
Glad you enjoyed this one. Many good suggestions in the comments for the next Ren.
Another good video to check out is Traffic ”The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys - Live 72”. Enjoy.
I'm from the north of the U.S. and I love CCR too. Not that it really matters if we're from the north or the south. They're from California after all. Gorran, the other singer in The Big Push, really does have a great 60's/70's rock n roll voice. Speak of O Brother Where Art Thou, have you seen the concert film they did with musicians from that soundtrack? It's called Down From The Mountain and it's brilliant.
Then again, they do use quite a bit of Southern iconography.
Superb reaction! 👏👏👏❤️
Thank you!! 😁
You must see Ren playing a Melodica in Swan Song . I enjoy your reactions with Ren and TBP. Watch Bongo Bong with TBP, it’s so good
Nice choice for a first look at the Big Push, they make some great stuff. For a verse from all 3 in a song try The Big Push What Kind of Woman is This. My fave from them is I shot he Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop although that one does not have Goran singing.
hearing that you like the drums checkout greyson nekrutman 'caravan' only 19 years old one of the best ive heard
Fred Again mash up by Ren,you need to hear that
"What You Want" and "The Hunger" are lighter ones; "Animal Flow" and "Murderer" are more fun than they should be, given the murderous lyrics, but they're mostly Ren's cheeky braggadocio. "Illest of Our Time" is a unique flex AND a double about his illness. And there's so much more!
Mentioning what you love, I would recommend Home Free and their song "Man of constant sorrow."
BTW it might be hard to believe it is all acapella.
I've added it to the list, thank you for the suggestion.
Great reaction bro have you heard anything from falling in Reverse, Ronnie Radke is another genius who I'd like to see collab with Ren. Their videos are like movies.
I know it may sound like a lie but i actually used to game with Ronnie, Derek jones (guitar player) was a great friend of mine before he passed.
@@DarkReflections That's crazy man I've followed Ronnie and falling in Reverse since he left prison. Derek was underated as a guitarist so sad he passed. Even though I'm in the UK it shocked me they didn't blow up years ago I guess the world wasn't ready..let me ask you then do you think it would be a great collab with Ren imagine what those two musical geniuses could come up with.
@@stoneoutdooradventures2286 I THINK IT WOULD BE AMAZING FOR THAT COLLAB, i mean him and tech 9 and alex terrible, i can see ren getting in there and making a hell of a jam together, cause u dont know what to expect from either of them
The big push I shot the sheriff/road to zion / hip hop .the video with the red braces 😮
I'm glad you're consuming some of Ren's lighter fare. Otherwise you get depressed ;)
I don't know of any songs where you should sometimes give a trigger warning. Well, Ren ...? Looking forward to your journey.
Just think... you've barely scratched the surface of what Ren does.
Please please please check out the big push sympathy for the devil rolling stones cover and war pigs black Sabbath cover ❤❤❤
The guy on acoustic is called Gorran Kendal and he does the lead vocals on sympathy for the devil rolling stones cover ❤❤❤
❤❤❤
