I had a chicken hatching who was having trouble. The umbilical cord was withered and thin, but still attached to the membrane inside the shell, essentially the "egg placenta". It was kicking and the dried umbilical cord pulled some intestines out. I don't remember which creator posted it, but I think it was NERD. I remember Clint saying chickens were reptiles, so I put that premise to use.I put table sugar on the area, and kept it in a humid incubator, and the intestines retracted, and the abdominal wall sealed. She was half the size of her siblings. She is now the largest, and almost ready to lay eggs. The herniated snake is more of an abdominal wall defect than mine. I really hope "the healer" is able to work his magic. Thanks for the great filming Donny. Glad Bubba didn't think your foot was tasty. NH without snow is such a treat.

Be careful of reptile math ! I started with a ball python. I now have two bps, three carpet pythons and a rhino iguana ! They are very rewarding pets to have . I hope you enjoy your new friend as much I enjoy mine. And I am also an older snake lady ! I have people to take them if I become unable to care for them cuz I want them to live to their fullest as I intend to ! 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🦖🖤

YAY! Bubba's foot looks great! I know you'd like to have gotten more of the granuloma off, but you at least decreased it. But really it's healed beautifully. I was watching older NERD videos last night and watched the snapping turtles. alligator snapping turtle w/ cuttle little Chicken and thought for a second it was going th be a rematch, lol. Kevin will be happen to know there are people who have yards dedicated to the monarchs filled with monarch friendly plants- thats all that in front of my house! Sorry sorry about the baby snake w/ the umbilical hernia, I hope the little thing pulls through, but other than surgery, I don't know how you can fix it. Fingers crossed.

They always have their mouths open like this and it's funny to see. I know they have that fake little worm inside their mouth as a decoy or a tempting morsel for fish. That is some brilliant Mother Nature stuff right there I'll tell you.

I have a question about not spraying for mosquitoes and ticks. I agree and understand not to spray pesticides because it kills everything and that effects the bees and other pollinators, but I was wondering is there anything that can be done for mosquitoes and ticks safely? I live in northern Alabama and me and my daughter are allergic to mosquitoes. We get HUGE welts and rashes from mosquito bites and of course our dermatologist suggested to spray our yard with mosquito spray and to have it fogged every other week during the summer. But I have a veggie garden and plant milkweed and flowers for the butterflies and bees. I drown myself in OFF Deep Woods and have citronella candles everywhere when I’m outside but I still get eaten alive. HELP ME 🤣
