Here's the book description:

This is amazing! I don't see many writers using happy planners as a source. I'm currently in a micro for my writing journal. I know it's a very small one. Hehe, but it works for me. Writing is more of a hobby.

What comes to the paper. I have found copy paper that is 120gms and that hold pretty well on happy planner disks. I take copies from pages a lot and use my own pages for journaling and had to find something that holds those mushroom punches well and the normal copy paper that is 80gms can not do that at all. It is so flimsy that you lose them after first week of using them. But I was really happy with finding that thicker copy paper. It has really been a big saver for me.

I have set up writing notebooks/planners a few times, but I haven’t really used them. I’m nearly finished my first novel length story, so I think something like this will be very helpful to the editing process. Thanks for sharing 😊

Great writers notebook. I actually use two of the year at a glance perpetual style calendars. One is for social media, newsletters, giveaways and that kind of stuff. I use the second one for a release schedule. One of the writer my mes has a number of anthologies and series collage and being able to see all the various due dates and reveals in one g look ance helps keep me on track. 😏

This is a really great idea! I actually have more than one writer's notebook set up, but I would like to bring all the information from each of them into one notebook. I have a Happy Planner stash I haven't been using, so maybe that could be what I use? If not, I'm thinking about a spiral notebook at the very least. I want something that I can carry with me to work and possibly write when I'm between students (I'm a tutor). Thanks for sharing, and btw, I entered the giveaway! 💖💖

That could be a great way to use up some of your Happy Planner stash! It's nice because you can swap out pages or move them around if you need, which I feel lends itself really well to a writer's notebook.

This is great for someone who is a web designer, blogger or other type of writer. It could also be for someone who creates anything -- sewing, quilting, needlepoint, embroidery, --the list can go on and on.
what a great set up. I took Sarra's course publish and thrive in either 2019 or 2020 and she is the reason I have finished a pretty good first draft and am 2/3 of the way through the second book draft. It's a very thorough course especially for new writers , but I think anyone would get something from it.
I like your mood board idea - that's really good. I may steal that.😅. I do have pictures in a folder on my chrome book, but I think it would be helpful to have it in my actual writing notebook.
I wish I could be an arc reader, because I would love to, but I have a movement disorder and I am also taking care of my mom right now and trying to write so can't commit to any time frame. I would do it for free if I could. Just the joy of reading someone's new work would be fun- It's an exciting time.

I would love to take Sarra's course someday too. Thats so exciting that you are working through a second draft right now. A lot of people never make it to the end of a draft one, so that's a huge accomplishment already.
Feel free to "steal" all my ideas, I get them from all over too, it's rare that I have an original thought lol.😋 Mood boards are amazing for visualizing different parts of a story, and having them right in your notebook is super useful.

I'd love to see a flip of your planner! That sounds super interesting. Or even just a short explanation showing only the not-filled-in pages if you don't want to share any info. I loooove seeing what planners other writers are using.

I had tried to do a writer's notebook and I have the very rough drawing of my world's map, then I had a list of the character's names (of who I already knew appeared) but now I know I need to do name swapping 😅 because some are extremely close sounding and confusing for even me to follow😂, then came my name list section where I have list of names that I like from gems, plants and others that meanin will tie with my nations and then it was supposed to be the outline which is now most of the notebook and Ive had to add pages because I just cant help but write a huge extended outline/zero draft instead of a simple line of what I want the scene to be🫠
Also, will you announce when you send the ARC copies?
A writer's notebook is sooo helpful for keeping track of all the details, I think a good notebook is invaluable! Hope you're able to find a system that works amazingly for you.
And yes! Sorry for not being clearer, but I will definitely announce in a video when I send the ARC copies, and I will also announce the book's official release date when I send the ARC copies as well. :) The book is almost done, so it should hopefully be soon.
