Ive ridden every ride at Hershey Park and im pretty tall. The only ride i had a problem with was Laff Trakk because there is not much room for my legs.
@@thehippiethemeparkchick thats the only issue i have. Some people complain about the skyrush restraints but i don't mind. The airtime makes up. Thanks for the tip. Ill try it next time
@@MrCatz312 oh yea. Skyrush KILLS me. I’m going to try some different hacks next summer and if if any of them actually work. I’ve had some gnarly bruises from it. I’ve got thick thighs, and I’m about pancaked on the break run every time 🤣
Hi! I am planning a trip to Hershey soon we’ll be there in August. My friend is worried she won’t fit on some rides specifically this and skyrush. She’s 205 lbs size 14 but on the shorter side at 5’2. Do you think she has anything to worry about? Love the videos btw always very helpful

Hello 👋 you may be on the cusp of this one. Try the test seat out front. The ride operator WILL help buckle and remove the seat belt for you as well. This particular ride is so hard to gauge because everybody’s build is so uniquely different. They also updated the restraints in the off-season, and made the belt around 3 inches shorter. If you have any issues on this particular ride, please don’t let it scare you from trying other rides! Storm runner has similar restraints, but the belt is 3 inches longer so it gives you more room to work with 🎢
Hi! I’m going to Hershey in May and I’m scared I won’t fit on this. I am a little chubby but that’s not my concern, im on the taller side and heard of many people who are too tall to ride this. Im a girl and im 5’8. Five feet and 8 inches, and so my legs are pretty long. Im scared I won’t be able to ride if my legs are too long and don’t fit. What do you think? And im going with my guy friend who is 6’1. Do you know around how tall the young man who couldn’t ride was?
I’d say he was between 6’3 & 6’5. My daughter is 5’9 and makes it in this okay as well. The height issue on this is a fair concern…it’s just such a tiny seat. I’ve lost an additional 70 pounds since shooting this video- and the seat was STILL TIGHT….
I carry a lot of weight in my thighs, do you think that will make it harder for me to ride this since the seat is so tiny? I think my friend who is 6’1 will be okay. But I also have other friends who are embarrassed to go because they don’t know if they will fit. My sister is going with me and she is 5’10 and around 250 lbs. will she fit this?
@@ladybugzq I think you’re sister will fit if her weight is distributed well. I would say a larger lower belly and a large chest would be an issue here.
Maybe small seat, but I can fit because I rode Maverick at Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio, my home park,and I 305 at Kings Dominion in Doswell Virginia

Oh! Here’s a little tip for Laff Trakk- cross your feet and pull down the restraint! It is waaaaay more comfortable that way for tall folks!

I was able to fit when I was 290 lbs. Did they shorter the seatbelts?
They shortened them by 3 inches!!!!

The fact that Hershey shortened the seat belts is criminal
I agree. The belts are significantly longer on Storm Runner. It’s the same restraint- they need to bring back the longer belts again for Fahrenheit!
