    Thanks for sharing your videos. We are a small do-jang in NW Kansas therefore it is nice to be able to follow someone and refresh my mind before going into class and teaching. It helps to keep me sharp, therefore helping my students. Many thanks!

    Newbie to your channel, I have just graded to Yellow belt and I am now looking to practice for my green tag.
    Thank you for the demonstration of Dan Gun for which you've explained really well. I have confidence that I will be able to master this pattern 😊

    I did lean this form when I studied ITF taekwondo in 1995. I picked up my bla k belt before going to university. Eric regards,

    So nice to see someone do forms the way they're supposed to be done. I can't stand it when people do forms with so little focus and power that it looks as though they are sleep walking. Well done!

      Her chambering and hip twist needs much improvement though. It seems, especially for the twin forearm block to be non-existent. Stances need work too.

    Beautiful punches and nice chambering, I’m curious however about that twin chamber you use before the twin forearm block. I was taught to hold both arms to your chest crossed over then “unlock” them by rotating them outwards.

      I’ve seen it done that was also.

    How are you holding up during this pandemic? I ask because my instructor closed his doors after almost 30 years here in Sonoma Ca. I’m a 4th degree teaching myself and I find videos like yours very helpful. Thank you for putting them together.

      Thank you! I’m sorry to hear about your instructor. We are hanging in there. We bought our school at the beginning of March but then had to shutdown right away. It was rough but we are building it back up.

    Just a personal feedback, I think it would be better if you're gonna do it with sine wave and do the proper preparation and execution on the movements. But you did a good job! Gonna give it a thumbs up! Taekwon! 👊

    • @JalynCroft
      @JalynCroft  6 лет назад +1
