Thanks for sharing your videos. We are a small do-jang in NW Kansas therefore it is nice to be able to follow someone and refresh my mind before going into class and teaching. It helps to keep me sharp, therefore helping my students. Many thanks! Pastor Craig, Chief Instructor, Lighthouse Martial Arts Academy, Atwood, KS.
Newbie to your channel, I have just graded to Yellow belt and I am now looking to practice for my green tag. Thank you for the demonstration of Dan Gun for which you've explained really well. I have confidence that I will be able to master this pattern 😊
Thank you so much I have been looking all over youtube for people who can help me but then I went to your video and I learnt it in a matter of minutes. Thank you 😁
So nice to see someone do forms the way they're supposed to be done. I can't stand it when people do forms with so little focus and power that it looks as though they are sleep walking. Well done!
Beautiful punches and nice chambering, I’m curious however about that twin chamber you use before the twin forearm block. I was taught to hold both arms to your chest crossed over then “unlock” them by rotating them outwards.
How are you holding up during this pandemic? I ask because my instructor closed his doors after almost 30 years here in Sonoma Ca. I’m a 4th degree teaching myself and I find videos like yours very helpful. Thank you for putting them together.
Thank you! I’m sorry to hear about your instructor. We are hanging in there. We bought our school at the beginning of March but then had to shutdown right away. It was rough but we are building it back up.
Good news Master Croft, I’m now teaching again at a new school that opened up here in Sonoma Ca. The gentlemen is a 7th degree and an outstanding instructor. I thank you again for your exceptional videos, I’m using them to teach my new students in both ITF and ATA Taekwondo formats. 🙏
Just a personal feedback, I think it would be better if you're gonna do it with sine wave and do the proper preparation and execution on the movements. But you did a good job! Gonna give it a thumbs up! Taekwon! 👊
Very helpful indeed, thank you. I love learning the forms
Thank you

That’s great to hear! Thanks for the comment!
I did lean this form when I studied ITF taekwondo in 1995. I picked up my bla k belt before going to university. Eric regards,
Thanks maam...tomorrow is my grading😁
Good luck! I’m sure you’ll do great!
😒
I know how to do Dang but I’m going to grading so I’m gonna get that’s why I’m watching this girl. Have a great day.
Thanks, good luck on your grading!

Thank you!
Her chambering and hip twist needs much improvement though. It seems, especially for the twin forearm block to be non-existent. Stances need work too.
thanks for the help, I'm trying to pass my belt test and i need to know the beginning of Dungun for it!
I’m glad this could help! Good luck on your belt test, I’m sure you’ll do great!

I’ve seen it done that was also.

If you do more of these, they'd make for a nice playlist :)
That’s the plan! I already have the next two filmed!
Thank you so much for help 😭😭
You’re welcome!!

What's a back stance
Here’s an article breaking down the back stance. Some might call it an “L stance”.

Good to know, thanks!

Thanks! I don’t do the sine wave version. I like more of the karate look personally. But it’s all personal preference.
Patterns are better without sine wave.
Prefer without sine wave too.
A+
Thank you
Awesome :)
