I have a Lulzbot using it for the same purposes in this COVID pandemia in Mexico, great Printers, it was performing 9x faster than other printers in the network. I was using MOAR Struder with PETG. No performance issues, no delays, no failures, true work horse 3D printer. As I said, I compared it against other printers in the market even PRUSA, Crealty etc and yes, it was 9x faster than the other printers amaizing!
