Get over to motion motorsport for a fast road setup on the tracking. Track setup is a bit wild for the road so needs taming back a bit, rpf01's look sweet too 👌
When I first saw your thumb nail I thought those white wheels look sick lol. Watching the video now thinking hmmm new wheels don't look as good as the ones you took off. Just my opinion :)
nice rims, you have the wrong stud length both front and rear. rears are at least 5 mm too short, fronts at least 15 mm too long flapping about in the breeze. drive video would be great, give it some revs! wider fronts than rears is not unusual , Audi are a big fan of that kind of stagger - might not hurt to check the owners manual though to see what the standard sizes are
Just a note on the popular wheels that the yanks run on the RSX. The Type R has a wider track than the RSX Type S. Control arms are 1.5cm longer each side iirc so aggressive wheel offsets that fit the RSX will not fit/look good on the Type R
I'm only running negative 1 on the rear, had fast road setup done at Centre Gravity in Atherstone - they will set your heights properly and corner balance the car and get your camber right. As a result I will now oversteer when pushing it rather than typical FF understeer. The rear was set to do nothing and just follow the front Too much camber and will become very snatchy on rough roads and will torque steer a lot
@@JustbeingHayden really good company. They usually work on Porsche track cars but owner has had s2000s and knows his Hondas, they will set your ride height how you want it and sort your rake out, and then dial you in. They take you out on a before and after test run on some particular roads and islands. The difference is night and day. Before geometry it would push wide and understeer at extremity of grip, now the back end comes out and it's great for tucking in to tight corners. They even invite you into workshop to watch and ask questions regarding everything.
@@JustbeingHayden watched your videos from the vxr nurburgring days mate got the same mods as your brother had and getting it mapped by rnd next month fingers crossed everything goes well
Cringing at the place you are jacking it. You won't get the rears to poke out any further unless you want to roll the arches or dial in a lot of camber. I had about -3.5 camber on front of mine and still put the power down fine but did make the tramlining and torque steer worse
Mate Love your vids, but…… summats defo not right with the suspension, them wheels studs are dodgy as, tyres are bald and poor wheel choice for me!!!! Will still be watching though 👍
Only just started watching you and your rs vids in past 2 weeks and learnt alot and came in handy with jobs on my megane so thanks! I'm also winging it!😂👌...if you don't try you won't know right?
Nice wheel choice man, I think the studs need pulling if I'm honest and check that the correct ones have been inserted into the correct hubs I. E front to rear. Also I understand the fitment is for traction etc with the wider wheel at the front increases the overall traction and thinner wheel at the back increases the throw from the rear. Staggering is normally a bmw thing the other way round get in touch with motion motorsport at tegiwa they can help being honda boys. Love the teg too mate 👍
For now, but u will always miss n want the boost, I had a EP3 and was fun for a wk or so but no substitute for boost and you will put a blower on it shortly guarantee it, great vids keep it up
Sick video man but them tyres look balled as hell 😜👍🏻

Hi, do you know what offset the front rims are?

Lmao it’s okay cheers for the comments

Nice alloys mate but they need centre caps big time!!!
Love this vid awesome

Car looks great, Reverse rake would be worth Motion or Area Motorsport doing a geo setup and re-setting the ride height.
Will look in to it what is reverse rake btw 😂
@@JustbeingHayden it's when the rear of the car is lower than the front, which for an FF car you want it the other way round

You have the wheels the wrong way round mate - 9” rear 7.5” front - wider tyre on the front for traction and thinner on the rear due to clearance
Nah mate 9 front 7rear
do you know what the front lip splitter is called trying to get one for my car?
Got the wheels on the wrong way round lad and your better off getting it aligned using a hunter alignment machine they're spot on
They ain’t trust me 😂

Defo next vid, a drive in the Teg with your gf!!! Defo..
Why do they have wider j on front and smaller on rear never seen that? Also why the studs sticking out front ?
Long as hell 😂 more grip in the corners to pull you round

Maybe the strut you messed with had adjustable camber bolts and you accidentally put them back wrong at that one side ?
Will be man on the list of things to do

Mate just get some proper road tires on and some longer studs for the back
Maybe 👀
Nice alloys man always look good and keep up with the content it will be worth it in the end
Thanks matey I’m trying haha
Looks good but those rear studs scare the sh1te outta me dude!!
Same here bro 😂😩
Surely shouldn't it be 245 on the rear, not the front?
No idea bro
It's fwd
Alryt mate get ya self up A line up dudley they will sort it out for ya tracking an camber etc called fast road setup
Already thought that brother 💪💪

Ps them wheels are sick had them on my ep3
Was just about to say about A line, definitely needs a line up and camber check
@@andy110492
They do great stuff up aline ps he could make a video about it too lol
ALine is the place to go, good lads in there.
Wheels look nice mate defo need longer studs and set up sorting 🤔 i wouldn't be driving it like that , good luck.
Nice car nice vid but I most say u doing what every one else has done n then rims a played out now. Jus look like every other honda

Nice pick, they suit the car nicely!
Classic design, good choice! 👌😎
💪💪
I'm sure semi-slicks aren't road legal, fine on a track though. Also not very safe if roads are wet 😑
They are it’s slicks that aren’t legal 💪
Definitely a good choice of wheels 👌
🙏🙏🙏
Nice rare care bit unless u turbo it ...u will regret n miss the megane RS
It’s not got a turbo on it now and I love it

Wheels are best mod 👌 😎
Seriously get suspension aligned doesn't sit right, are dare adjustable arms on de rear, too much camber for a daily driver, wheels are mint
Need to get mani vxr on channel again
