I don't understand why the names of the police officials who failed to act are not given, or at the center of these reports. This is one of the worst scandals I have ever heard of.

I understand that while there are many signs/ red flags on how we can identify and prevent these sexual grooming from occurring, it still is not enough to stop it completely. What im asking is if there are other ways to prevent these sexual grooming activities from spreading? Apart from educating the children through programs, the online adds, and laws, what seems to be an interesting approach that can create a lasting impact towards this issue? I would just like to hear peoples opinions, whatever ideas/ views you have will gladly be noted in my research. TQ
