I heard Chris say in an interview that he started using "Chris Maurice" when creating fragrances for other houses (non-Carbonnel) who wanted to avoid the confusion of having the name Carbonnel on one of their fragrances.
I'm sorry, but I just have to say you guys have great chemistry together!! This video is informative and both your relaxed and playful natures make it very enjoyable to watch. Time flies when you're having fun! Thank you Sarah and Sebastian!!!
I see that you still have your your Puig released Gaultier2 and Scandal proudly placed front and center on your left to impress the stunning Sarah! Good job!
There is a continuum from Lira to King Masarat, the XJ atar, to Kemi…I find Kemi too animatic and Lira too sweet, but King Masarat combines the best of both.
Same way you feel about nefs i feel about tommy iommi. Overdone scent profile. Fruity patchouli dark vanilla. Carslile, triumph of baccus, red tobacco… To me nefs is a perfection

Thanks for clarifying that Christian Cabonnel and Chris Maurice are one and the same person.
Chris Maurice is my favourite perfumer.
His creations are out of this world
Nefs has to be my favourite Nishane. Good to know that Chris Maurice is the nose.
Chris Maurice is my GOAT. Nothing but bangers!
Really interesting to me to get an overview of a perfumer’s work across several brands! Thanks so much, Sarah and Sebastian! ❤
Our pleasure!

Thank you. Cause I received another comment that says we don't have great chemistry. LOL! :)

Lira was my first Xerjoff. It just brings me joy.
Oh Saturday treat video. 😊
What a fascinating review. Oud in all its styles is quite irresistible, and now I have some new inspiration ☺️

We can’t all like the same fragrances now can we? 😀

Neiman SF has bottles of Feve Delicious!!!
Hey Sarah and Sebastian. Great information.
Great selection of fragrances
Thanks for sharing
I absolutely loath cypriol. Sarah Baker seems to be quite fond of this note.
Fantastic video!
The reference to The Help took me out. 😂
Did you eventually get back in? LOL!
Great video! Thank you!

ZOOLOGIST PERFUMES CAMEL looking foward on this
The Xerjoff Kemi line smells nothing like the Kemi line, they have been reformulated for the worse.
why do collectors turn the xerjoff caps to the side? That is not how they're packed in the box + the "Xerjoff" is not facing forward.
Chris Maurice! I like Methexis.
Real oud … just not as much. From AREEJ LE DORE… to the so called niche… it then leads as a designer
