Thank god for this video. I’m a CNA in home health so I’m by myself and when my shift is over there’s no one to report to unless the client is on 24/7 care. I start my first hospital job soon and I’m scared because I feel like I know nothing and don’t want people to think I’m stupid

Not really, charting you chart things like input and output, when you repositioned the patient and things like that. Report is more like information for staff to know how to take care of the patient. How do they ambulante, can they feed themselves or do they need help, things like that

Is giving report the same thing as Charting?
