Yeah they regularly got stuck on mine it was damn annoying. I liked the large containers but switched my storage because of constantly having to throw them off the roof
I'm trying to breed a blindingly fast Quivern, so as a result of them, I have dozens of Anubis with Swift and Runner, I can't catch them to reassign them fast enough, they just fly around the base lol
Our Anubis spends all his times mining, and never uses its harlndiwork unless we pick up and throw it at the job, oh and he's Fast Asf Boi, so trying to lift him before he starts mining is a pain in the booty
I've found you just have to keep one on your team if you are stocking up and making some things while at base since they are super inconsistent on doing anything BUT MINING 😭😭
Every time I pick up a pal and throw him at a job station that just falls asleep and then wakes up and then walks away. I can only throw Pals in my inventory to get them to do what I want

My Anubis gets stuck like crazy on everything, from the sleeping beauty syndrome, falling from the floor down, getting out of base boundaries to simply disappearing into oblivion. But I agree Anubis is a must have at your base regardless
Abit of the topic but my Jormuntide gets stuck regulary. I learned to actually like it. Imagine this. You come back to your base and instantly look at the top right corner and you see that your Jormuntide is "Hungry". Then you just look str8 and you see him somehow behind the wall trying to move left. Nothing. Then move right. Nothing. Then just look str8 at youbwith the look of: -I did it again... Makes me laught every time.
i currently have 2 ore mining bases and my pal set up at both of them is literally just 20 anubis. between the 3 mining, 2 transport, their speed, and the fact that they’re small so they almost never get stuck makes 20 anubis actually a good mining base set up. i would highly recommend doing this. a lot of pals that are good for mining are big and a lot of the pals that have good transport are flying which both just have terrible pathing and get stuck a lot right now.
When it comes to Anubis breeding, the ideal perks I make sure it has is artisan, swift, logging in it. I don't know if it can get workaholic cause I haven't seen it yet, but after I get at least artisan and swift, I max the stars on it so I can push the lvl 4 to lvl 5

Getting them do to do anything you need them to do is like pulling teeth, not so powerful when i have him slung over my shoulder to chuck him at a crafting bench
Easier way is a Relaxsaurus and a Celray. Spawn top left corner. Gradually catch a grizzbolt too from the lowest level sanctuary and those 3 pals with other ultra common pals can get you some of the most OP pals. Anubis, jormantide, wumbo baton. Eventually you’ll end up with an astergon and a kitsune. They will create a Shadowbeak. There’s a guide on RUclips somewhere, it’s pretty good
When playing this game, I found if you place production tasks too close to the edge of the base your pals will get stuck outside the base. Just place the tasks in a radius area around the pal box and you’ll be fine, and also a staircase length away from the defensive wall.
Or simply enclose everything with the protective walls after you're content with a production area. Not only 2 blocks high to make sure no awkward pathing gets enabled. It starts making quite the cool effect on the base after you start creating multiple sections. Also, everything can reach over one block range as long as they aren't tiny little critters. Most my stuff is a block high off the side of main paths. Avoiding a lot of aimless roaming to corners of the base when awake. Making things like my water/garden/cook pals just rotate body to a new task, rather than a new area of base.
relaxasaurus and celeray are both sub lv15 and not bosses to breed anubis ^^ and anubis always gets stuck ... havent seen any pals not get stuck at least once ^^
I did the Anubis boss by setting my base nearby, agro him over, then keep spawning all your pals to keep attacking him. Most of them may die, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make. Because i can revive them instantly with the viewing box. Also helps to have four of the Daedream pals in your team as enemies dont seem to attack them even though they're "out"
@@PhillinRoyal put roofs over things they get stuck on with stair access. You need to put the walls so they are touching the blue line but not on it. They wander on breaks and will get stuck on edges if not. Some bigger pals will get stuck regardless still.
I put defensive walls on the boundary lines of my base all the way around and only two of my pals that cut wood somehow magically end up on the outside all the time there’s not even a way to get out there so I’m not sure how they’re doing it lol
@@Mr..Heisenberg grab some wood and build the walls where they get stuck? Might help also if there’s any trees, rocks etc. that spawn, put something there so it won’t.
Honestly the jetdragon is allt atronger and better like ive killed the boss anubis 3 times for xp on normal mode no custom cheats but i couldnt catch it because i need a better sphere at least the ultra shpere but the jetdragon i have to make it fall down because its like 5x stronger and you have to have at least a legendary sphere
One of my favorites so far(just started playing) is the Vanwyrm. Because all 3 skills are able to be used from render distance. A quick 123 combo will damage even higher levels than it pretty good.
I’m glad I recently found out about the world settings I don’t mind leaving my PC on for AFK farming But dam those egg timers are crazy unless you change the timer downs I messed up on my first 2 breeds, so it took me all after noon to finally start my breeding farm
TIPS FOR BASE OPTIMISATION: Get the Alarm Bell, you can set it to where Pals ONLY WORK. Place Chests around the area, not just in your storage place, to decrease transport times. All Storages within a Palbox are linked into one massive pool. Get the Observer Stand to increase Work Rate, thought I wouldn’t get this set until you have higher tier beds, hot springs and food to accommodate.
Ok but how do you get them to stick to transporting? I WANT good transporters so my miners and lumberers don’t leave huge piles everywhere, but if a pal has a SINGLE point in something else they’ll prioritize that, meaning grazing or smelting or even more lumbering/mining! How do I make them just transport?
I bred a and condensed a 5* Anubis Swift,Serious,Artisan,Conceited and fully pal souled his work speed. He is insane he's all I really need for handy work in my assembly base. Also helzephyr is a really good transporter because that's all they do
I've played this game for 5-ish hours a day since I bought it 2 weeks ago and so far the only Anubis I've seen is the one I intentionally bred to make Faleris... Which is also the only Faleris I've seen so far...
My anubises will take ANY opportunity to go mining, and I mean ANY. Although I did just take a lower level Anubis and it put in work to kill the Anubis boss, got hurt pretty bad but it put in the work, love it.
celeray and relaxaurus breeding gives anubis much easier. You can catch a celeray at level 1, and relaxaurus can spawn as low as level 15 or so and catching one by level 10 shouldn't be asking too much regardless of the difficulty you play on
When I have the Anubis out at my one base that’s on top of a cliff he’ll run to go mine some ore and then Yeet himself off the cliff and sit at the bottom till I either come back and notice or he starves
His lvl 4 crafting is only nice when you use him from your party either than that he will prioritize mining or gathering before crafting. and Anubis probably the most 3rd most glitching pal i have on base. Lyleen atm is more reliable. hopefully they get it fixed soon tho cause anubis is nice

Its great at crafting when it actually wants to craft and not priotizes mining. Anubis prefers to mine and never crafts or moves stuff. Which is why I invested in Lunaris and lvl 3/4 mining pals instead.
After 2 days of breeding Anubis, finally got Anubis with passive skills Artisan , serious, work slave , conciet .. total Work speed 145 and after feed him salad , increase to 195.. he is the Beast for Handiwork.. now upgrading him to LVL 5.
I have a lvl 50, 4-star Anubis that has Musclehead, Earth Emperor, BurlyBody, and Ferocious. Its attack is 1,422. Its defense is 889. It's working speed isn't the best, but it's 45. I'm trying to make a super working one and a super speedy one too. I like Anubis! Stay frosty!

i had troubles capturing the boss because i killed anubis by mistake more than 5 times and when i finally managed to capture my save data got corrupted and i had to try again until i finally managed to get it with the legendary palspere 💀
There is a much easier way to breed Anubis. Use a Nitewing and a Direhowl. Both of them are found near the beginning where you start. I forgot the name of the fast travel but it was grassy plains something.
Biggest problem is that they seem to only want to mine, even when I assign them to an assembly line. They craft for a bit, then they go eat, then right back to mining. Pretty annoying. They’re still really busted though.
My anubis literally sits outside of my base on a mountain and i question how the actual f it got there and the other 8 working at my base get atuck on a storage container
"Anubis doesn't get stuck..." Yes it absolutely does. I have 7 Anubis as crafters/porters/stone clearers on my main base. They constantly just stand in one spot at random and have to be reset from the palbox to get to work. This is happening on the latest update of the game when pals are not supposed to get stuck at all anymore. Nope they don't. They just stop their AI and completely freeze.
I have him on my fighting team and he is nowhere near the strongest. He's actually the weakest member of my team but he is good for handy work and all you have to do to not get your palace stuck is put in the work bell
Dosent get stuck??? I have to reset 2-3 Anubis every time i port to my ore base becouse they somehow spawn inside a big rock as the Palbox is apparently abit to close to it. The only way to se if they are stuck in there is to se if they are running around or if there is a few hunger icons floating above the rock.
The best pal (my opinion) is Zoe and grizzbolt. But how do you get them? Step 1: hit a travelling merchant and you will get wanted. step 2: go to Zoe and grizzbolt boss fight and the officers will follow you in. Step 3: make so the officers shoot Zoe and grizzbolt by accident and now try and catch them, for some reason you will get them they are very good when leveled up!
Just got Palword and I kinda LOVE it! I'm not TOO far, but is it okay if someone spoils it a bit? Idk, I just wanna prepare, now don't make it too detailed because that'd just spoil the surprise too much and- Wait, I'm getting ahead of myself!
It’s a super fun game, but there isn’t really anything to spoil. Very bare bones story, all you really get are diary entries littered around the island that lay out a very loosely connected “story”. There’s actually nothing for endgame content. Once you beat the 5 bosses, capture the pals and max level, there is very little reason to keep playing. The game is basically just the same loop at level 50 as it was at level 15. If that works for you like it did for me, great. However, if not, I’m sorry but there’s nothing to spoil.
one word. s w e e p a if you mount a sweepa with 4 swee in your inventory, then drop the swee, dismount, pick up, and repeat a couple times, the atk and def just keep going and going and going until you have an unstoppable killing machine
Unless you put 5+. I'm not sure whats with it. But seems if 4 wake up and go after the same node. Everything is fine. If 5+ do. There is always one getting stuck under the earth after that first node is complete. I spend an embarrassing amount of time on high ground appreciating the base and taking in their AI pathing.

Try having the mining area on a raised platform and just break the stairs to it when you want anubis to craft instead.

Yea it took me a few hundred cakes but all my Anubis (in base) got artisan, workaholic, and serious

Yeah that does work but the downside is it’s likely to pass glutton onto the Anubis since Relaxasaurus always has glutton

Just put walls right next to the edge of your base and pals won’t get stuck. Also don’t put foundations too close to edges.
That is somewhat fixed. The only pals that get stuck in my bases are fliers on 2 floor buildings / walls.
Not true. They still get stuck. They climb and stay on top of things. Even fences.

Early game Bushi is a massive pain to deal with. I recommend Celeray and Relaxaurus for the breeding, both of those are much simpler to catch.
Everytime i return to base there is at least 1 Anubis starving somewhere, and in places they have no possible way to get to.
Despite border walls, i constantly turn to see 4 of them just stuck staring at the sky. 😂

My Anubis is constantly getting stuck right outside my base whenever I take my eye off him.
Relaxasaurus and Celaray are another breeding pair for Anubis and can be caught right at lvl 19 when you unlock the breeding pen

I killed the boss annubis while i was lvl 24 with a lvl 15 fuddler and 200 poison arrows from a broken crossbow, may have took me 3 hours but i did it
Anubis might just be a mining pal, somehow crafting has much less priority than mining and unless you assign him manually he almost never crafts

Anubis get stuck as much as the huge pals one of the most bugged. Great pal when it's not on walls or outside of base zone.

Mine literally gets stuck in the refrigerator all the time. Their top half is always floating through the top of the fridge.😂😂

Yes, multiple combinations for most of the pals in the game actually, I don’t think all have been tested yet but there’s plenty of guides online.

This is happening on the latest update of the game when pals are not supposed to get stuck at all anymore. Nope they don't. They just stop their AI and completely freeze.
Indont have that issue but I also leave the entire area flat and don’t build buildings.
I have him on my fighting team and he is nowhere near the strongest. He's actually the weakest member of my team but he is good for handy work and all you have to do to not get your palace stuck is put in the work bell

My ones always get stuck inside small 1x1x1 holes in my base that are used for the stairs
Dosent get stuck??? I have to reset 2-3 Anubis every time i port to my ore base becouse they somehow spawn inside a big rock as the Palbox is apparently abit to close to it. The only way to se if they are stuck in there is to se if they are running around or if there is a few hunger icons floating above the rock.

The best pal (my opinion) is Zoe and grizzbolt. But how do you get them? Step 1: hit a travelling merchant and you will get wanted. step 2: go to Zoe and grizzbolt boss fight and the officers will follow you in. Step 3: make so the officers shoot Zoe and grizzbolt by accident and now try and catch them, for some reason you will get them they are very good when leveled up!
Relaxaurus and celaray also make anubis. Much easier to obtain at a lower level
Celray and lambal lambal is easy to catch with artisan 3 trait for your Anubis
Just got Palword and I kinda LOVE it! I'm not TOO far, but is it okay if someone spoils it a bit? Idk, I just wanna prepare, now don't make it too detailed because that'd just spoil the surprise too much and- Wait, I'm getting ahead of myself!
It’s a super fun game, but there isn’t really anything to spoil. Very bare bones story, all you really get are diary entries littered around the island that lay out a very loosely connected “story”.
There’s actually nothing for endgame content. Once you beat the 5 bosses, capture the pals and max level, there is very little reason to keep playing.
The game is basically just the same loop at level 50 as it was at level 15. If that works for you like it did for me, great. However, if not, I’m sorry but there’s nothing to spoil.

Actually, it’s easier to breed relaxosaurus and celaray which also gives you Anubis

if you mount a sweepa with 4 swee in your inventory, then drop the swee, dismount, pick up, and repeat a couple times, the atk and def just keep going and going and going until you have an unstoppable killing machine
My anubis gets stuck on each of the wood and stone pal work stations i have to always call him out then back into the base
I use relaxasaurus and celeray for an even easier Anubis breeding combo

Unless you put 5+. I'm not sure whats with it. But seems if 4 wake up and go after the same node. Everything is fine. If 5+ do. There is always one getting stuck under the earth after that first node is complete.
I spend an embarrassing amount of time on high ground appreciating the base and taking in their AI pathing.
