The sickness in the music industry just keeps coming out, it’s so sad when all our favourite artists are abused behind the scenes. Law enforcement needs to crack down on these a-list producers and directors to stop this issue, no one deserves this kind of pain.
Unfortunately, there's a lot of abuse in various forms. I remember Rita Ora in pain and depression of being stuck in a contract with Jay Z- Beyoncé husband. He wouldn't let her release her songs, and kept postponing, she was stuck for years in a trap without being able to release music despite being in contract. I wonder if he didn't want any competition for his wife?? Eventually, I believe Simon Cowell helped Rita to free from these abusers. I wouldn't be surprised if they still sabotage her success because she managed to escape their controlling clutches.
Yup many are abused nd some do it cause they wanna in the industry money fame is not free they gotta do rituals or something in exchange the industry is evil
It’s interesting to hear someone else who actually felt physical pain from a phycology response related to their PTSD. I was assaulted when I was 12, I had never dated anyone, and so when I went on my first date at around 15 I remember the guy put his arm around me and all of I sudden I was in physical pain. My whole body hurt and I thought I was just going to start crying. He was such a nice guy, but I was terrified to a point where my fear manifested itself as physical pain. It was one of the most horrible things I have ever experience. I found an excuse to get up, and I just had a mental breakdown over it. It didn’t help that we literally ran into my assaulter that night. Safe to say after being in a lot of metal pain, and having over a million flashbacks well going out with the really nice guy, I had to break things off with him and go back to therapy. Turned out I had PTSD… I always assumed what I went through wasn’t bad enough, so I never considered it. I’m proud of Lady Gaga for talking about this, hearing more people speak up, especially people we look up to, will encourage others to seek help. Sexual assault is such a shameful thing, when it shouldn’t be. I’ve always wondered why us, the survivors, feel ashamed over something we have no blame in. That needs to be changed.
i’m so so sorry that’s so awful. i was assaulted at 12 too and it has easily been the most traumatic event of my life. i’m 13 now and it’s sort of only hitting me now how much he fucked me up mentally. it helps seeing other people write about their experiences too. i hope you are in a better place now ❤
@@cocosfilms I am so sorry you’ve been through this as well. Mine didn’t really hit me till I was 13 either and I got really depressed. Stay strong. The first 3 years after my assault were really difficult for me, especially because I waited to get help. If you aren’t in therapy I would highly recommend it, the sooner the better. Stay strong, the fact that you take on every day after something so horrible is alone a great achievement. Things will get better, I promise. Lots of love ❤️
Thank you for sharing your story. You’re right, victims and survivors shouldn’t be shamed or look down upon for something they had no control. We as a society need to be more educated on how to make space for these sorts of discussions and how we can be of better help and support!
I understand what you are saying. One time I was having dinner with my friend's family and my friend's mom said something that reminded me of my dad who abused me. I went to the bathroom because I started feeling sick but after I took some deep breaths because something inside me was telling me to breathe, I realized it was very much stemming from a mental pain. Mind, body, and soul is no joke. They are one in the same. I hope you are doing better now. That was my first experience of a panick attack and I had no idea it was one because of how "physical" it can get but I started getting better now. I notice when I feel under attack I start getting very hot to the point where I'm fighting to not faint, my face gets hot, and everything quite literally starts to spin. I'm not even trying to be funny but it's like Troy Bolton in High School Musical 3 singing "Scream". It makes me laugh but at the same time it doesn't. Like everything was literally spinning. You're not alone. Your pain is valid. And we're here for you. Mental Health is real. Keep going. Right now I just felt overwhelmed because my anxiety took over, it made me feel like it was "the end of the world" but I started branching out to see who else experienced it and I didn't know Lady Gaga was also a survivor. So please know it's not the end of the world. It may feel like it but it's not. Whenever you feel like you're at your limit your spirit will prove to you its not. I hope you know how supported you are. Much love stranger. ❤

Jeez I can just imagine how painful it is to talk about this stuff and relive her trauma. She's so strong. More power to her and every single woman on this Earth
For those saying she's lying there are court documents that back up what she's saying. It was Rob Fusari. If you look at the court documents from Fusari sueing her, it's heavily redacted but she stated that he threatened to burn her music if she didn't do something. That something was redacted but it's pretty obvious.
It takes a special kind of sicko to not only abuse someone so horribly and throw them away like garbage, but then come back to hurt them all over again by claiming they are owed for the success he tried to destroy. I noticed not much in the news after the filing, do you suppose she just paid him what he wanted to not have to deal with him?
I googled Rob Fusari, and he’s listed as her ex boyfriend. That throws me off, because she’s speaking of the experience like it was someone in the industry who had power and control over her. She’s recounting the experience as though it is someone who she wasn’t close to.
@@veggiebits5807 Of course the narrative is that he was her boyfriend and it clearly works. The non disclosure means she will never say and I think she is being truthful when she states she never wants to deal with her again. Having been in a narcissistic relationship myself I can say that you do not think normally when in an abusive situation, especially one that goes on for an extended amount of time. I read a few articles including the one about the law suit, which is sealed with only a little bit of information, but put together with other things, it is very plausible it was him.
@@veggiebits5807 And she mentioned the thing happened in when she was 19 and before that she had like ep which came out around 2006 so she must of recorded and work on the songs in 2005 she would be 19 so my theory is that it must of been someone that she worked with when she did Red and Blue. Now it could be Rob but I also think it could be Akon or Joe (the producer she work with when she is red and blue)
she really is a marvel representation of a decent human being. to have shoved that trauma down so deep that it started to manifest as physical pain and numbness later in her career is heartbreaking. but one thing about Gaga - she’s never shied away from speaking openly - about trauma, about mental health, about gay & queer rights. her story and existence is alway a Phoenix rising from the ashes. she rises to the very top and takes you on the journey of her rebirth in times she’s fallen to the bottom and gotten in her own way. the amount of love and support she has from her fans and fan-base in likeness with that of her counterpart, the Queen, Beyoncé - both received and really curated such a stellar fan-base that regardless of where they were or what they chose to pursue - the fans would support in the numbers which is the first of its kind in the history of Social Media & the Power & Influence of Tech.

Please read Peter Levine's book Waking the Tiger...the way your nervous system handled the situation is that you went into the freeze response...it is very common in an assault situation to freeze and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SHAME in that...Society should be smacking the crap out of him!...and it sucks no one did anything but hopefully that will change overtime and I really commend your courage for taking the actions you did at that time you should be very pround of that!!!!....one lesson in life is that you can only truly control your own actions and behaviour... and that can give you a sense of peace. I work with sexual assault survivors and a lot of discussion happens around naming the abuser. Many many people are not comfortable doing so and when it comes down to it, it is not victims responsibility to do anything but heal. We should support them in that and be thankful for those who are able to name their abusers but don’t expect those who can’t to be stronger than they are.

It’s so sad and understandable at the same time that we can heal our self without pointing or calling the person out that hurt us because at the end of the day it does nothing for us mentally
Sometimes calling out the abuser brings closer bc it releases you. Shes still triggered by him and not speaking. What would happen if she named him and went back? She would probably realize how small he is and how strong she is and how alot of people would beat his ass and she’ll realize how she cared for so much. He may not have that appeal. I can totally relate to Lady Gaga. Sometimes, we choose not to speak about it in hopes that the whole situation will just go away. I was molested by my dad all throughout my childhood and am barely speaking about it. Im 33. I have even asked myself why I waited so long. The truth is, I never wanted to talk about it. I had to after memories that I had bottled up came to the surface. From what I understand, our brain will keep the memories hidden to protect us. It protects us in the moment, but harms us long term. afcking trap Well every church in America has this. But unlike Gaga, those other victims have credibility.

She is a he 😂
For those saying she's lying there are court documents that back up what she's saying.
And if it's true, she could have saved other women by putting him behind bars, because she wasn't the first or last
I googled Rob Fusari, and he’s listed as her ex boyfriend.

I was sexually assaulted by my Dr last year. I called the police, called the executives of the company, I made reports with the state board, went to a rape crisis center, a therapist right away & NO ONE did anything at all.
My breasts swelled up over a month. I have issues sleeping, I have heart palpitations, issues where I don’t want to be around men alone, especially Dr’s. I am a survivor of previous assaults. When I was assaulted I froze. I should’ve just hit him, called 911, etc. I thought in my head this isn’t happening again. Okay, if I just lay still I can get away….. I can survive. He ruined my life.. I hate what he did & honestly I should’ve smacked the crap out of him…

You are such a strong woman...I am SO SORRY you experienced that...but here you are a strong woman moving forward...God Bless you!!
I know that pain. It's beyond scary having to deal with your own predator. It's beyond brave to speak of your trauma and that is to be applauded. It's so hard. Good job Gaga. Love you

she is such an amazing talent.I always saw it was something in her eyes that showed a true sign of pain I'm so sorry I to hear about what she suffered through. I truly hope she's coping better with life
You DID give back with Swine, Rain on Me, Million Reasons, Perfect Illusion, 10000 Doves, 911, Alice and Replay as I have felt the emotions of those songs myself and they have been therapeutic to me along with Born This Way Foundation's book 'Channel Kindness' so thank you Stefani and God bless!!! You're doing music as a source of emotional freedom and empowerment, not only for me and your Little Monsters but for your own sanity and peace as well and that's as it should be!!! We love you Mother Monster and thank you for your story ❤️❤️❤️😘😘💐💐🌹🌹
I’m so proud of Lady Gaga for speaking about this. Can’t even imagine how she was feeling during that time of her life.
It's a man and sell out to goat Lucy. (Dead and cloned )

I feel heartbroken that she went through such a horrible thing. I hope she recovers from it. I wanted to cry when she broke down crying. Stay strong dear. I really hope you will expose the predator so other women won't have to go through it too. :(
Glad she was able to rise above it. Sad to hear she had to endure that
I hope so badly she has the courage to name the producer one day, and send him to jail !!!
Wow!!!!! Poor thing!!!! I can’t believe she went through that hell!!! What a strong woman!!!!! God bless her and women like her!!!!!!! It takes a lot to get over this!!!! I’m sure she had a lot of demons but glad she’s ok and she became so amazing!!!!

This is truly heartbreaking 😭💔 I hope Gaga and every victim of sexual assault out there be healed from their traumatic experiences 💖 You're so brave, Lady Gaga 💖 Thank you for sharing your story ☺️
So proud of her. She's such a light in this world and so brave. 💗
I'm grateful that one of my favorite singers has been able to say that she's a survivor of this kind of awful crime just like me. Even though I went through something different, I can totally relate to her 100%.
This interview humanized her
U must have missed her documentary and maybe some of her recent albums. In her early twenties she seemed like a gimmick but then her real message in her music started pouring through. I think theres a song she wrote called “Swine.” (Fans, correct me) but its ab her assault and how it made her feel disgusting. When she performed it ppl thought she was just trying to be shocking but its a story of trauma. Really quite sad and I dont even think ppl dance to it anymore
@@THEDOORIZCLOSED "Marry The Night" (Music Video) and "Till It Happens To You" is also about her sexual assault. also, In Marry The Night music video Gaga shown us her, in the hospital...we didn't exactly know why she was there until now and she also mentioned "I'm gonna be a star, cuz I have nothing left to lose" to the doctor, which now is really clear it shows her after abortion... It's really heavy... 💔🥺

I can’t believe they said “alleged rapest” it’s makes me so mad when they alleged because why would you lie about this having society judge you for the rest of your life
They could be legally liable. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
@@johnnyglass2195 true but to hear that crushes the victim if that’s not the case know they don’t believe you when there is evidence that it happened
I know it is crushing but they have to say “alleged” for legal reasons
Look at the Johnny depp case then reevaluate your stance I’m sure people would also argue “why would amber lie” there too. It happens, people lie and no one should be condemned until it’s proven to be true. Plus they’d get sued for calling someone a rapist that isn’t proved to be a rapist because then it’s libel.
she seems believable but there are a lot of reasons for someone to lie. Maybe not so much when you keep the alleged rapist anonymous, but even in those cases there can be social reasons or just things you are telling yourself or want to convince yourself of. Yes gaslighting exists, but you can also actually distort what happened in your own mind for various reasons.
This brought me to tears. She is so incredibly strong and I hope and pray that she may improve.
she’s such a strong woman I love you Gaga and us fans do to💗
My heart breaks for her! I’m SO happy that she has the support, love snd kindness that she needs! Love and prayers to you! Beautiful soul! ♥️

My heart hurts hearing what she has gone through. Healing from this is a long journey. Her bravery and how she keeps going let us never loose our love for her
Imagine going through such Trauma and still becoming this amazing human being ❤🙏🏾
This is painful to hear and watch. Just heartbreaking.
I cannot believe this happened to Lady Gaga. I feel so sorry for her and other celebrities who have been abused.
I can't believe it either, 99% fiction.
Absolute nonsense. I'm honestly amazed at the crap people instantly believe without a shred of evidence.

I was drugged and raped on my 19th birthday by my then boyfriends "best friend" and became pregnant as a result. When i contacted him about it he blocked me and had people basically stalk me to threaten me to get an abortion. I did. I was scared, so lonely, and depressed. I can totally sympathize with her on this💔
His friend gave you drugs without ya boyfriends knowledge?? Boyfriend was probably mad you told him after the fact ,Wow what a awful best friend
@@theoo149 yes, my boyfriend wasn't there. His supposed "best friend" was a mutual friend among us and other people, so we would all hang out together/separate/in groups. My boyfriend didn't believe me but eventually did and completely cut off me and the best friend, thinking i did it on purpose. (You have to imagine we were all between 18-21 so the drama was very childlike). I still to this day haven't see or spoke to either of them
@@timmyturbo6369 no offense but if im ya boyfriend you shouldnt be around my friends without me thats just respect, so he has the right to not talk to you in that sense but everything else he had to question cause he wasnt there so i wouldnt blame him for not believing you, you kinda were careless with youre communication,, he did the right thing fir himself by cutting both of you off
@@theoo149 Yeah like i said we were young, so there really wasn't any respect in that regard with hanging out without him being there and i was naive and trusted him
