Batteries should do great for thrilling motor and be overkill for what you want to do but I wouldn’t be running my electronics on them also. Avoid interference from the pulsing in your trolling motor and get a separate dedicated battery for electronics.
Awesome! That's a great suggestion too! Its funny you say that though, because I have been thinking about that and a designated battery for only electronics is actually what will be coming next.
I have 2 litime 12 volt 100 amp heated batteries wired in parallel for my 24 volt minnkota on my Jon boat and so far so good and also very light. I’m switching my windshield boat over to dual or triple 36 volts as when you wire them in parallel the amps are additive. Also putting a dedicated 16 volt litime for electronics in that boat.
