My fiancé and I are planning to move to the Johnson City area in 2025 and I am, literally, counting down the days!!! I am signed up for all the searches on the real estate apps that show me houses in the area, just to get a taste of what’s to come. I would also like to plan a road trip from Illinois to Johnson City just so that we can look around!! Thanks for your videos!!! I would love to see some videos on the houses that you have listed!

What are the best towns or small cities if you're still working and need a job 😂

    • @LivinginJohnsonCityTennessee

You could begin by looking for opportunities in Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol since they are the three largest towns.

I have lived here for 60 years. I live in Jonesborough and was raised in Limestone. I have never in all those years heard it called the cowboy corridor. Ridiculous.

No, you probably haven’t. We refer to the area from Jonesborough to Greeneville as the “Cowboy Corridor.” We mentioned it in a video and it stuck. It’s a fun name and people love it. There is another video about this area that has around 85,000 views. Check it out.
Thank you for watching our channel and taking the time to comment.
