Marco is 💯 correct. Rolex, AP, and PP is order talking. If you're going to be a professional sales person, you absolutely have to know more than hype watches.

No he's not. A Panda has a specific color pattern. A REVERSE Panda is something completely different. He knew what he was doing was wrong. He did it anyway.

I like David and think he is a good guy, I just sometimes find myself thinking just handle the interactions differently as it can be a little faff and not in control which is padded out with fluff.

Yes, you are absolutely correct! I'm certainly trying my best to always be there for the team when they need me but naturally we all get busy in our day to day. Just need to adapt and be better in managing everything which is happening as I continue gaining more experience and learn to manage so many moving parts 🙌

They seem like a good group of guys, but seriously they are all over the place and disorganized when I reached out to them to make a deal. Don’t have confidence in making deals with them in the hundreds of thousand.

I think they forgot that Marco is HELPING them and they're in a position of asking for that help because of their lack of knowledge. I love Kevin but how is he gonna say that he needs help because he's still learning, but also come off super demanding of Marco's time and knowledge LOL. As Marco said, he's got a day job to do. Marco helping out the rest of the team is something he's doing to be nice and helpful. If they wanna take that for granted and try to put him on blast because they didn't know what to do themselves when Marco was busy, maybe the sellers need to stop being dependent on the guy and get their ish together 🤣

The new sales team is very good and you have done a nice job picking each one out. Marco still looks like he has to go through puberty but other than that they all seem to be legit hard working and trust worthy. That new jewelry lady is scary good.

I think there is a high probability we will see much more of her once she finds her feet. Its clear that Gary and his jewellery partner are from a different generation and culture. As such, they are most likely uncomfortable with cameras and candid nature of the show. Given jewellery makes up a significant part of the LB's business it stands to reason Natalie will play a more prominent role going forward to showcase what that side of the business has to offer.

Great video as always! Just a thing that I’ve noticed is that sometimes when “something” happens, we have one of the guys repeating themselves which kind of slows down the flow of the video. For example on this video we heard the story with the Yacht Master 3 times back to back. Great video nonetheless, big fan! 👊

Anyone with common sense knows what any watch guy means when he says Panda. He didn’t say reverse panda, he said panda, Marco (Mr I know everything) screwed the pooch and was sadly trying to justify a blunder on his part. The Rolex Daytona is the first and foremost watch with the nickname Panda. So if someone calls up and request a Pepsi, what’s he going to do. Go get a Seiko with a blue and red bezel and say, oh okay, here’s the Pepsi you asked for. Come on get real

The customer at the 20 minute mark is absolutely justified in his response. Honestly that rep is the least qualified one i see on this channel, his responses are super unprofessional in my opinion. Id be the same way as the customer in this situation
I’d be skeptical about that deal at the end of the video. Definitely sounded like some red flags 🚩 for $5 Mil you guys do your due diligence and make sure the buyer is legit about it

I agree with Adrian about Marco and Alex but at the same time they come to Marco so him being the knowledgeable one should always ask them specifics just to make sure of whst they want. But even Marco said to the camera the watch he confused, is a "Reverse" Panda, not a "PANDA" so that's definitely more on him than Alex but they should both be specific and verify what they meant. If it was a customer's asking either of them for a Panda, I'd hope they would ask specifics to make sure they got the right one so same thing applies when talking to each other ❤️🧡💛 🙂

Used to find this very informative and interesting but it’s beginning to feel like one of those staged reality shows these days. Not sure if it is that the more recent hires have been hired because of their willingness and ability to do all the social stuff but it beginning to feel significantly less credible now.
Seems they're really capitalizing on ~drama~, day to day mishaps, and wealth-p*rn because it garners views. Otherwise watch dealing is just a boring middle man business.

So after Corona hits everybody, suddenly a lot of business owners are getting crazy freshly printed money, and they don't know what to do with it, so they start buying luxury watches? Isn't that perverse in a suffering world of frightened, dying people?
I dont agree spoiling the customer but he made the call. As long both sides are good. Its ok. I love great customer service. But as a salesman in the past, some customers are diva. We try to compromise to achieve the best service and reduced cost. Not an easy task in sales and operations
How big are the margins in the jewelery business when you give a 20% discount and still make profit enough?
It’s what happens no matter what protocols you put in place. Things happen no matter how you want business to and should run “smooth.” In the real world it just doesn’t happen.Generally people are understanding when things go awry, it’s some type of individuals who make my time and patience no matter I try to be professional they feel otherwise🤷🏻♀️ And you want to protect your employees and not them take the brunt of a client.
