Mark henry showed us that even the strongest men with the thickest skin often times have the softest heart. Mark deserved so much more from WWE than shitty storylines that went nowhere especially him getting may young pregnant and her having a baby at 87 years old.
Bro I started bawling as soon as I saw the tears rolling down his face on that episode of raw and then the beautiful poem he wrote for Owen. OMG I didn't think I would cry that much while watching wrestling.
I remember the night Owen died. They made a brief announcement & I didn't believe it. I became really sad when I found out that it was actually true. I'm just glad no footage of it ever surfaced, at least none that I'm aware of. R.I.P. Owen

That Austin interview with Henry is a classic!! Much respect on how they vibes and how Henry stood up for Austin in that interview. It was a real as it gets!!
Yeah that bitchass Ahmed Johnson said Stone Cold was racist. Mark Henry shot that down. I remember Stone Cold standing up for a black guy when a white guy was ridiculing him, no cameras around.
Find the interview when Mark is talking about his son. He’s talking about his accomplishments in football, lifting, and being a simultaneous all-state wrestler and choir. That interview shows just how big that man’s heart is. You can feel the love and the pride he has for his son in his voice.

I know he’s talking about the audio only podcast but the Broken Skull interview on the network was very good as well. You can see the emotion in Mark Henrys face when he talks about certain things. A friend of mine lives in Austin, TX and one his coworkers is friends with Mark Henry. He got to meet Mark Henry and said how he was such a nice guy. I’m glad WWE finally figured out how to book him properly with the Hall of Pain gimmick. To me that was the run that put Henry in the Hall of Fame.
