      Mark henry showed us that even the strongest men with the thickest skin often times have the softest heart. Mark deserved so much more from WWE than shitty storylines that went nowhere especially him getting may young pregnant and her having a baby at 87 years old.

      I remember the night Owen died. They made a brief announcement & I didn't believe it. I became really sad when I found out that it was actually true. I'm just glad no footage of it ever surfaced, at least none that I'm aware of. R.I.P. Owen

      It reminded me of Ken Griffey Jr. told Jay Buhner, in front of their former teammates and a sold-out Safeco Field in Seattle, that there wouldn't be anyone other than his parents that if something happened to him...that he would want him (Jay) to raise his kids.

    I was a bouncer in Austin. And Mark worked 3 bars down from me, and he had Zero problem following guys he threw out and letting me know “Hey man, these guys might give you some problems!”. One straight up dude, hands down!

    Find the interview when Mark is talking about his son. He’s talking about his accomplishments in football, lifting, and being a simultaneous all-state wrestler and choir. That interview shows just how big that man’s heart is. You can feel the love and the pride he has for his son in his voice.

      He made some terrible mistakes during one of the lowest points of his life.
      He accepted the fact, took his punishmemt and there has been no incidents since many years later.
      The whole point of the system is rehabilitation and Steve Austin was rehabilitated.
      Still terrible he did it but at least he, and Debra, moved on from it.

    Stone Cold was my favorite wrestler when I was a kid, back in the mid to late 90’s, and I am SO glad that he is doing his podcast. Hearing his stories from his years on the road is just classic.

    I know he’s talking about the audio only podcast but the Broken Skull interview on the network was very good as well. You can see the emotion in Mark Henrys face when he talks about certain things. A friend of mine lives in Austin, TX and one his coworkers is friends with Mark Henry. He got to meet Mark Henry and said how he was such a nice guy. I’m glad WWE finally figured out how to book him properly with the Hall of Pain gimmick. To me that was the run that put Henry in the Hall of Fame. That fake retirement promo was the best acting I’ve ever seen in a wrestling promo. At first I was like it’s a work and he’s about attack Cena. When Henry started to cry
    I thought oh wow this is for real. Then when he slammed Cena I was like damn he got me 😂😂😂

    The fact that Mark Henry got as far as he did after being buried by being booked in ridiculous storylines (I.E. banging Mae Young) is indeed legendary. Those storylines were embarrassing enough to sabotage a career. Not only did that not happen to Mark Henry, but he rose from them to become a main eventer and a world champion.

    Stone Cold was my guy growing up! You know how many helpless kids and young siblings got the stunner from me? I was lil menace in the hood. We actually had wrestling gangs in our school. We had D-Genration X, The Domination, The Dudely Brothers were these 2 7th graders. We had the Hardy Kids not boys. These were the kids that wasnt afraid to flip of the jungle gym. 😂

    People will probably get mad about this but oh well. 1 to 10 as a wrestler Steve was probably a 5 but as a promo he was 9000! And he had a top 5 finisher! As far as Mark I feel like for a 20-25 yr career he deserved more than one title run. I don't even really remember him have a secondary belt like the IC or US championships. Bret Hart being my favorite wrestler when he cried for Owen Man than hit deep and when he gave that OUTSTANDING retirement speech and destroyed John Cena... Chef's kiss!
