Kiya bat hai Aleena ji, yeh Daal mein bhi banati hu Punjabi style ki, but now I will definitely try this without haldi, onions, ginger. This looks sooooooo good. My mouth was watering, when you were eating it with chopri Roti. I am like you, I also like garm garm roti. This is my favourite Daal too. Yummy 🤤 this is my most favorite daal though all the daals are my favorite’s but this one is my most favorite. Just few days ago I cooked this daal with rice.

I am full of admiration for you! All your recipes are tops. And you keep it simple with lots of wisdom and tips that come out of the depths of your expertise. The most remarkable feature is that you bring out the essence of the main ingredient and toss out the complications of recipes with an overload of masalas. For one who watches your recipes with interest and curiosity if the dish will taste good when you are not mixing up lots of spices into it, I tried cooking this whole masoor recipe of yours. It seemed devoid of any masalas and I was really curious because I used to think that a mix of various masalas is where the expertise in cooking great food comes from. For instance the great nihari recipes of old delhi boasting of a secret mix of 36 masalas! As I was cooking your recipe I was constantly tempted to add this or the other masala or ingredient to give it personality! But I was also determined to see the result of your minimalistic art and resisted any temptation. Boy, am I glad I did! What a daal recipe!! Minimalistic though you choose to keep it. Madamji, I have become a devoted fan! Wow!! Tussi great ho!!

Assalamualaikum, this is a very delicious lentil everyone like it i Love this daal and specially in ramzan i eat this in sehri with paratha and i make it every after 15. 20 days but i love it with pubjabi recipe thanks a lot you share this recipe jazakAllah.❤ About tarka it is very good tip, aj mano bhi pata laga k chopri roti ki hondi hai, yes u r right nashtay may tou bus jawab nahi, may nay aapki recipe say palak gosht aaj hi banaya Allah ab dil chaha raha hai yeh bhi banaon take care thanks.USA.Hahaha shahid please khana kha lo thunda hi kar daitay ho😅.😅😅😅😅
