Absolutely love how you took inspiration from both the screenshot and the Beaker castle, and so many other details from other places. Came together beautifully👏
What an awesome build, I feel like I'll never stop being surprised at your amazing building skills 🤯 Everything is so cohesive and the school really looks... elegant, for the lack of better word.
honestly thank u for bringing up maxis' audacity,,, seriously,,, fridges?! on a serious note, this looks really nice! super interesting to see the two styles of strangetoown conflict on the build it's really unique
Thank you, John 🥰❤ I'm playing schools in my Pleasantview series if you'd like to see how I go about it. The first videos I shared was S1:EP1 (Daycare), S1:EP2 (Elementary School), S1:EP3 (High School). Or, if you'd like something a bit newer, I have some episodes in Season 2 as well: S2:EP2 + S2:EP26 (Daycare), S2:EP3 + S2:EP13 + S2EP27 (Elementary School), S2:EP4 + S2:EP14 + S2:EP28 (High School) I'm playing very hands-on, but there's a lot of different ways to play a school. For example TeaAddict has a great video on her channel showing how she plays ruclips.net/video/8XUVPLZvjbk/видео.htmlsi=ZAidCWFgC7mPRwGw. Also, Antisocial Bunny has her own way of playing too that's a lot more hands-off in style ruclips.net/video/MKWDdZdzNOI/видео.htmlsi=dEBMFxAYbHIsNlrg These could be great for inspiration depending on how you like to play.
Such an amazing build, I love how you include so much thought in the details! From having influential families in the hood influence old and new architectural styles, to the 'fridge' locker reference! I'm speechless! I'm curious, do you usually have a floor plan in mind before you make these builds? Or maybe, visual references? I'd really love to get better at building like you are :)
Aw thank you, Paolo ❤ I often decide that i need to build something long before I actually sit down to build. That way, I have it at the back of my head to stew for a bit which usually means I get a general idea of what I want. I don't often use floorplans, but it's a good tool to use in order to push yourself to try new things and to think about houses in a more realistic way. Reference photos can be good if I don't know what I want the house exterior to look like (in terms of archetectural style). But to be honest, I usually just sit down and build step by step and sort of trust the process. Starting out with where I want my parking spaces is a good way to get an idea of where the house itself will fit and where to add a potential garden/outdoors area. Then I start building the house basing it mostly off how big I want it - which really depends on what I'm going to use it for.

I get the vibe from this that it was probably once a boarding school or some sort of dormitory or even an old orphanage.
It's a super nice build!! :)
This is such a great and well throughout design, I’m so impressed!!
oh that looks amazing, it matches the town style so well I love it!
