Hey i have a question? how do you find a national vandor approval list? i have asked many apartments and they reply " we only work with people on are vendor list" i have asked many of them for assistance on this but they have all shown no intrest. some have actually got offended for me asking them if they have a service or how could i become a member of the "approved vendor" also how much would you charge if you could? like i charge $250 for a roach treatment in a home that is 1200 sq feet. i would love $500 because it takes a lot of time to do all the hidden spots.
Hello Ray I’m in the Northeast (NJ) I don’t think this is a requirement here- thank God. There’s a large population in a small area, Pest Control services are a big demand. The rate you are charging sounds fair, you can do some up selling by recommending a follow up or place the customer in a bi monthly plan or quarterly plan. Check with your local techs when you meet at a class or with your chemical distributor they are usually a great source for information.
Thank you for posting this! I am renting my first apartment and this is very helpful to see the process of what to expect during a visit.
Im glad the information and video has been useful.
