THANK YOU MSI and GEAR SEEKERS for this inside look. This is amazing to watch and a real eye opener of how a MSI motherboard is made. Thank you. Been using MSI boards for awhile now and actually had my first ever bad board last Christmas. But I got it quickly and painlessly replaced, and haven't had any issues since and will continue to use MSI as my motherboard supplier on PC's that I build for myself. Now I am really curious as to see what their software team looks like and product and development teams. But wow.. just now looking at my MSI MB through the case's side window and thinking... it was probably on that bench at one time, etc.. AMAZING! Good work everyone... love the community outreach from MSI and how well this was done. My only gripe.. .should be longer. It is like less that 14 minutes in the Disneyland of tech nirvana. I know that is because of what you are allowed to show and what the average viewer wants.. but man.. I bet that was amazing to see the whole thing in person. Congrats!

Very cool. My favorite part is the testing jig that populates every port and slot with the pull of a couple levers.

I used to run the SMD line for another electronics company.
You have to do a few test runs from the beginning of the solder pasting process, have the right oven temps, proper component placement, extensive visual tests, then of course, the final bench tests.
Once you get the green light through all stages, it's time to start production.
The worst part is changing over to different pcb's for other companies, you'll have to change everything to suit 😫
