This is what I hear when I listen to the sermon. Which I stopped listening roughly halfway. I hear that Jesus loves me and that he's the hiding-place Etc. But then I hear you have to step it up. You need to be a better person. You need to be a more holy person. You need to try harder Etc. What if you just completely wiped out and you honestly don't feel that you can do any better and you just need somebody to love you. That somebody being God? Isn't that enough?
God loves us dearly, He states that many times in the scriptures. God also wants our obedience, done because of His love. Search the Bible and you will find there's more to it. He commissioned us to spread the gospel to a lost and dieing world. To share Jesus you must know more. Listen to all he says and follow the scriptures he's speaking of. He does all speaking directly from the Bible. God bless.
Hello friend, Thank you for your comment. Philippians 4:13 tells us “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” There isn’t anything we can’t overcome with Christ working in our lives. Keep your focus on growing in Christ and walking with Him daily, hourly, moment by moment. Remember the promise of John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

Most people will be lost because they are not faithful. We must overcome sin to be saved, sin will not enter into Heaven, that is why Lucifer had to be kicked out.
Only the very faithful will be saved.
Where did he say the hiding place is ? I missed it . Did he explain the perfect place is was where ? I'm confused?
