This guy has all shots in the book. Pitty he still struggles to get to the top. It only goes to show how hard it is. You can be super talented but you won't make it if you don't have game thinking. I watch him a lot and noticed that in tense moments, he sometimes makes some poor choices.
@@bournejason66 hi you can find out in LoveTennis.com or anywhere else but in short is that before the ball contact the arm is either bended (some more some less) or extended. Just a few play with extended forehand: Roger, Rafa, Dimitrov, Verdasco, Del Potro (the latter with a signature motion) and Felix Auger though barely not completely. Everyone else are bended Nole, Wawrinka, Thiem, Monfils, etc...just think of anyone.
Mike H Yeah the guy is like a fitness guru. Which is really good for Dimitrov because he struggled with fitness when a match would go more than 3 sets early on in his career. But he does need to find himself a coach that can improve his tennis and tactics. Rasheed may hit a good ball and be "Built like the Hulk", but he can't teach Dimitrov to be a champion
Why does he twirl his racket in his hand after every forehand at the baseline? He doesn't do it after backhands, and he also doesn't do it after a forehand approach shot.
Such great racket head speed on all his shots. He has got the goods to be in the top 5. Just not sure he has the right head on his shoulders. Great fun to watch though
Always needing to improve his speeds quickness accerlation top speed etc if he had this he would be way better that always been the issue physically Now mentally other story
Love his forehand
Such a great forehand.
6:47 scared the shit outta me. In a good way. 😃

Thank you so much!
Superb extended-elbow forehand to watch. Just a few in the ATP Top 100.
ruggierojerolli what’s extended elbow? At finish?

Is it roger rasheed on the other side? He plays some really good tennis too
I think so. Saw him in Shanghai master walking around with his entourage. The guy is hugh, build like the Hulk.
