in my younger days invited a young lady out for drinks and when I got there she invited 6 other female friends👀👀 I knew immediately she didn't give a damn about me...so I politely took all their drink orders with enthusiasm "expensive as hell"... headed to the bar to get the drinks...place the order, on my way back to the table, took a slight detour and took me a taxi home...she called later ....left a voice note cussin me out....played it 10 times..lol....what an enjoyable night🤣😂🤣🤣

Something similar happened to me recently. I treated a friend to lunch for her birthday and she brought two extra people. I separated the check, bought her lunch and kept it moving. No more birthday lunches for her.

Almost had the same thing happen to me at a casino. Met this woman and she asked me if she could join me for dinner. I noticed she asked me how many and how much comps I had on my card. I told her I had enough to cover our meals. Next thing I know, she's calling her brother, sisters, and cousins to join us and told them I would take care of their meals, (without even asking me if I mine). Well guess what, I waited until they all were seated, at their tables and then I walked out and went back to my room and ordered room service. Don't know what the outcome was for their meals, but I told the host what the situation was and told her not to charge anything to my card. She understood and even agreed with me.

My dad always covered everything when we went out as a family. _But,_ when I started going out with friends and dating, he always told us to make sure we had our own. He’d send us with more than enough money to “Go, Get, and Get back”. He would have had our mom whoop the wheels off us, if we were any of these broke heifers in the background, waiting for another woman’s boyfriend to pay for our meal!

I should have done this with my one outting with coworkers. I didn't make a big deal about it but I spent more than I should have because we split the check and I was the only one who got soda and not a drink. I had a best friend at the time have a birthday get together. Her other best friend came late with a guy and they spent the most money on food then said to split the check. I think I have whatever I knew I spent my money on which was like 25 bucks including tip. The funny thing is those would be the same people to call you selfish but don't see their acts as selfish behaviour when it is. Why come and spend almost 100 in food and expect people to split that with you? I ate one meal and had a soda or water.

My 17yr. Old daughter through my Wife is like this when it come’s to her friend’s! The difference is that my wife take’s them out to eat, on trip’s and pay for the majority of everything. Sad thing is that they also have parents who don’t seem to send them out with money. I pay for our children only, not the friend’s. If it’s not family (Children, Niece’s, Nephew’s, etc.), don’t expect me to pay for nobody else’s children UNLESS I (not the children) invite them out.
