My experience of the Oxbridge set is they are narcissistic and pampered. They look to impress each other to increase their status. They have little or no empathy for the less well off. These “children” in the audience have no idea of the realities of how normal people live. Of how someone elderly and just above the pension benefit threshold can be poor and will be struggling this winter to heat their home due to the winter fuel cut. Elderly people are vulnerable to hypothermia and therefore the reality is that some of these elderly people may die this winter due to this policy. Yet this government has money for vanity projects and to send overseas.

Tyce is my local MP, he and Lee Anderson are quality, if Nigel Farage did ever leave, Reform would still be in very good hands. This government has not increased the threshold for pension credit, leaving many approximately 3 to 4 pounds over the threshold. I question the 20 billion hole in the public finances and have yet to see published proof. If you think the 100 days was appalling, wait for the Halloween budget.

The lack of standards/manners in the audience is obvious. How many people are taping on their telephones, talking amongst themselves dressed in a way suitable for working under a car and desperately in need of a decent hair cut, let alone interrupting a speaker before they have even delivered their speeches. At the very least, do the speaker the courtesy of hearing what they have to say before interjecting. This is supposed to be one of the UK’s top universities, how the standards have fallen! How sad ☹️

Young people grow up and show some respect
When you are young, you tend to be left leaning, having feelings of anything is possible, you can change the world, then as you get older and general life has kicked you around the block and lifes realities come at you thick and fast, you tend to be come more cynical and conservative in your views, especially when you have children and elderly parents.
