“Start With Why” is one of the best books I have read. I am very overweight and after reading this book, my mindset has completely changed. I am now making healthier choices and it is paying off. I am sleeping better, have better energy during the day, and, of course am losing weight! Such a good book!

I sometimes feel that way as well, stagnant with my life, feeling like I'm losing my skills and potential which saddens me. But thank you for sharing these books with us, so that we can learn again and feed our brains with knowledge! I always try to listen to podcasts when commuting, they're always a great idea. Thank you Liah! 💗 🌴🌴🌴

This video came at such a great time. I realized the past year that I've been struggling a lot with negative thoughts and feelings and I can't seem to make them stop. I want to find a way to change my perspective in life and find exactly what is feeding all this negativity in my mind. So I've been looking for some self help books and I'll definitely try out your recommendations Liah!
PS. I loved your previous video so much as well, it brought up so many pent up emotions I had seeing you being so vulnerable with us!

Hey liah random question but is there literally anyway of getting freckles without damaging your skin? I love my freckles and usually I get them naturally in the sun but since I’ve been using spf everyday recently it didn’t happen this summer. I read something about the UVA rays damaging your skin and causing freckles, but I thought I would check with someone that I trust first lol
