Hi I'm sorry I don't speak Danish I'm from Ireland and I watch a lot of these episodes this year on this program and I find them amazing. What is this tune called?
Hi Mark! I'm from Denmark, and I find it surprising and awesome that you choose to watch a Danish program - without actually understanding Danish. This show is my personal favorite on TV, and this particular song is one of my favorites from the show. Since you don't speak Danish, and you probably don't know the artists participating in the program, I thought I'd share the story behind the song (in case you don't already know it): The songwriter, Søren Sko, has a niece that was born with a brain disorder. The family was told by the doctors that she would probably not survive more than two weeks - but she DID survive. At the time of the filming of this episode, she was 27 years old ... but, unfortunately, she had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I'm afraid I don't know her fate beyond the point of this episode of the series. Her uncle, Søren Sko, wrote this song about her. In this video Silas Bjerregaard has translated his original English lyrics into Danish. The lyrics are about a girl dreaming, while Dolphins "swim" on her bedsheets. It's heartbreaking and so damn beautiful. Greetings to Ireland from Denmark.

On danish it's called "Pigen og delfinen" by Silas Bjerregaard, the original is "Dolphin girl" by Søren Sko. Awesome you also are enyoing this.
Thanks for the reply....god that melody is so good
