Winnats pass was the gorge you went down into Castleton pal , lovely road if you turn left in Hope and circle back round Mam Tor thro Edale 😊 If you'd gone out of the pub carpark and turned right then left up the hill it stunning views up there, also when you just start on the snake then turn right over the bridge up to derwent dam its where the dambusters practiced for their raids. Another good road in the area turn right at ladybower then left instead of going over the snake go over the Strines road then back over the woodhead pass to your neck of the woods 😊
I’m letting the side down I know. What with wet weather and family commitments I’ve not gone anywhere else but the weather is about to clear and I plan the first run out with Mrs K as pillion on Monday hopefully. Just having the RS available to ride after my recent improvements is b thrilling. I may even post a vid!! 🎉👍😂
Excellent video mate, very entertaining 👍🏻😅 The pass you went down is called winnats pass, great road. The road in Bamford, 'The Clough' is closed to motor vehicles and it's 35% 😮. Was walking past it on the way up to Bamford Edge a good few months ago. Was sh*tting myself when you were turning around, was not laughing for once! Next time your adventures take you that way look for a road called Mortimer Rd, takes you past a pub called, The Strines' and end up near a pub called, 'The Mustard Pot's, cool road 👍🏻 As always thank you for sharing and ride safe 😃
Haha, what up Scott! Ya gonna have to ge a 'Bug's in my teeth' t-shirt buddy , yummy 😂, stunning scenery, you'd expect to see Hobbits living there, Do Bobhead make brown trousers buddy? 😅, , That a lot of weight to play with on that road, well done for not dropping it, priceless face! Great vid , good upload quality & audio, arguably your best drone footage, beautiful.. Viva PFJ ✊️
Hi matey, That fly straight in the mouth was a big boy for sure. Got a bit scary as it was looking down that road and thinking if the bike picks up speed while the front is locked I'm going over defo. All good in the end. Thanks very much pal. What have the Romans ever done for us.
Great video scenery amazing take care if you do snakes pass on the Harley I know one of them have got some tight turns best of luck waiting for part 2 enjoy hope the weather stayed ok for you
I reckon the steepest road in Britain is a bit like the oldest pub-there’s several claims to the title. I bet a tour in search of the oldest pub would be good fun! Entertaining as usual-thanks for posting-keep up the good work!
When your bike started sliding backwards I got really worried for you given your recent heart troubles. I ride a police Electra Glide myself and I know how heavy those can be on an uneven surface with slippery footing. Those big Harley's are a bear to wrestle around on the best of surfaces. Glad you got her turned around safely so you could film those wonderful drone shots. Stay safe my friend!
Thanks very much. They are beasts aren't they. I love a big engine and a big bike but sometimes it gets tricky. All OK in the end and on with the journey.
Good job on that hill. Been there..Turning around a 1/2 ton (or almost) bike on a slippery grade is nerve wracking to say the least. I'm always paranoid of my feet slipping out from under me. :) Awesome drone footage. Oh, almost forgot...Been riding for 44 yrs, and I just came across this "hack", didn't know if you were aware of it. GREAT way to clean your bike....PLEDGE furniture spray, the reg lemmon stuff. Cleans/repels dirt, safe for paint/leather/chrome..works amazingly.. Ride safe, cheers.
Phew, that was a nailbiting 7minutes. From two videos previous, Mind Control indeed, well done for getting out of that 'situation'. What the heck are ye goin to dae for the road tests? Cant wait! Cheers man
Muddy Hell Scott you don’t arf get yourself in some situations lol 😂 we’ve all been there off roading on a 1600 Thunderbird ain’t fun either Been going to the Barn since I were 16 the lower barn is good on a Friday for a chat and a bru always a handful of bikers there ps well done keeping it shiny side Up 👍
Hi us harley owners get to know locktight is our best friend they do there own maintenance as they go just havent learned to put themselves back together yet great vid as usual you ride safe
DON'T GO UP! What is it with you and death 😂 Thanks for taking us on these adventures with you. Bugs are low cholesterol so a healthy part of your diet. Better than pies 🥗🪰🪰🪳🪲
That's very good to know. I dont think so at this stage anyway. She probably owes me more money than she's worth with the work she's had done. We'll see what happens. Thanks
Steady on , going all the way up that hill, you'll give yourself a heart attack. Sorry I couldn't resist. Good thing you didn't go up there the bike would have gone down for sure.

Done it more than once, it's an amazing road. Worth the ride if you're not local. Then have a walk to the crash site. AMAZING. Thanks
Great drone footage👍couldnt believe the road was closed 🤣🤣
I am half glad it was to be fair. I actually put all of those signs up myself. 😅
@@1guyaharleyandadrone657 🤣🤣well done! 😂😂
@@michaelharris9243 Thanks, it did take a while. I made them all as well. Carried them there on my bike, just keep them hidden from camera.
@@1guyaharleyandadrone657 some people will do anything…😂😂

There's a good idea. I'll let you know when I have that one planning in. Thanks very much.
Simply mimic the feeling of driving up a steep hill by swapping out the normal front wheel with a really big one.
A really big one with off road tyres would be good.

Was good to see you had decent weather for a change it looked a nice ride, my friend 👍
Lovely parts of the world. Nice flies as well.
@1guyaharleyandadrone657 ahh yes the flys are better out in the countryside 🤣🤣
Where there's a will ! Good scenes. Keep exploring fella
For sure. Every little lane has something at the end of it.

PLEDGE ? No way ! I take it you give it a clean then put the Pledge on ? That's insane. Thank you.
@1guyaharleyandadrone657 You don't have to clean it first. It does a great job getting grime off too. My pleasure!
Genius. Pure genius
Really enjoyed part 2 cant wait for part 3
Thanks very much. It's landing shortly.
See you are wearing the Bob Head shirt, it’s good gear. I bought some stuff off them after watching MDB.
Keep riding buddy.
I love it. It does seem to last well and is really comfy. He probably gets his stuff for free though 🤣

the fly eating part was hilarious!!!
NO IT WASNT. 🤣
@@1guyaharleyandadrone657 hahaha
looking good Scott, that road was sketchy to say the least, did well to keep her upright, any news on th etest ride or is that a hush hish for now ?
It's done now but not done the video. Got another to book in. It was fun ! 😁
Will you be selling your Harley? I’d love to own that thing

I dont think there would be a chance of the rear gripping on that surface. Bloody funny you are. 😂😂😂
Loving the Pan American retro version!
It's good right. A bit more ground clearance and I'd be all good. Thanks
As far as I can tell you have the steepest street, steepest road etc and they are all different.
Others might at least be doable and not covered in crap. Might go for the flattest street next, might be easier.
Time for you to downsize your bike, either a 600 or a 500 you would really enjoy your biking then.
???? Does not compute 😁 Downsize ????
Are you the Judean Peoples Front ?
F**k off, Judean Peoples Front ! 🤣 Never gets old.
Definitely not a road for a big pig of a Harley. Adventure bike terrain. I would have probably dropped the bike, good job.
The fat girl can go anywhere a GS can 🤣
