My parents always said learn to manage your energy properly during your day, during your life. Don't live, work, sleep exhausted, but always at a good healthy tempo. If you organize your day, you organize your life properly. They are close to 80 and doing great, are very successful people in their personal lives, business and professionally. I am close to 50 and full of health issues, etc. I never learned the lesson, until now I fully understood it and start working towards achieving it.

I was meditating for years, but I always struggeled with it. I couldnt keep my monkey mind focused. When I discovered the Universal Tao, everything changed. From this point I was making a lot of progress in a short period of time. I started with the 6 healing sounds, the inner smile and the microcosmic orbit. The 6 healing sounds are very good when you come home after work and you have a lot of stress and used energy in your body. You learn to give it to mother earth through you legs and feet and receive new yin energy. The inner smile is very good to turn the energy that you have in your body to positive. Your body starts to regenerate. When the spots you are focusing on start to hurt it is good. The microcosmic orbit helps you to get rid of the energetic blockages/emotional trauma, so you are becoming more the person who you really are. Try it!

For each sound you do a certain kind of movement. Look it up on youtube. There is a dozen of Mantak Chia Videos online. The most important thing is that you develope q feeling for the chi/energy, because its all about it. It takes a little but really isnt difficult to get a grasp of it. And when you eant to do it after work, I recommend doing it right after coming home, before eating a meal or doing something else. After a while you will be able to make a connection to mother earth while watching TV. So good to recharge yourself!
So this is why when I'm around negativity or anger it makes me physically ill, then I become angry for no reason. I take it all in and will actually puke. My body will start hurting and I just snap. The moment I leave I can control it better.
True, you also have to take in the right energy too, if you take in a lot of heavy, unhealthy energy and get too distracted it slows you down and then you're moving against what you want to create from what I've learned and seen.
Lots of things to think about...makes complete sense to me...for someone who doesn't practice this way of life, it can be hard to assimilate ..but believe me...this man is teaching you the way to a happy, healthy life...if you follow what he is telling you to do, you will live a better life. My hole life I have been obsessed with combustion engines, fire, guns. When I hear anything from a chainsaw to a V8 muscle car fire up I get so excited inside. I always thought I was an engine nerd & geek. Lead with positive thoughts, spread positivity, think positive, talk positive, do positive. Take time to just be. You don't have to be busy all the time with a job, things to do, activities, problems, electronics, games, music, radio, tv, always surrounded with sounds and people - just cut them out/off sometimes and relax, push away the bad feeling, bad thoughts. People of today are SO BUSY BEING BUSY, that they don't have the time to just be, to think and relax, to free their mind and actually think what makes them happy. Being happy/positive is a choice. People don't make you happy as such, you can make yourself happy yourself, regardless of circumstances. Find a passion in life and stick to it, make a job out of it, then you will love to wake up every day because you will love what you do. You will not want to go to bed, because you will want to work: that could be writing books ( like me), writing songs, music, painting etc. Doing things you love will make you happy and you will become a happy person that vibrates positive energy, and everyone will want to be around you because of your happy energy/positive energy. Positive attracts positive. Be a positive person that changes the world for the better, but you have to start with yourself, make yourself positive, make yourself happy, BE positive energy. If you lead with a positive mind, you will never be ashamed of yourself. Remember, you have the power to turn bad things into good things. How you react to bad things is your choice. You can immerse yourself in bad feelings or bad thoughts, but they will destroy YOU and others around you as well. When I started eating whole food plant based, my whole state took a 180. 34 going on 18!

Maybe that is one of his sons in video. I did meet one of Mantaks son's at a Retreat in NY state around 1985. His sons name is Max. He was 5 years old or so, so he would be about 40 today! I met Mantaks wife as well. I worked in kitchen cooking under her guidance.

Lead with positive thoughts, spread positivity, think positive, talk positive, do positive. Take time to just be. You don't have to be busy all the time with a job, things to do, activities, problems, electronics, games, music, radio, tv, always surrounded with sounds and people - just cut them out/off sometimes and relax, push away the bad feeling, bad thoughts. People of today are SO BUSY BEING BUSY, that they don't have the time to just be, to think and relax, to free their mind and actually think what makes them happy. Being happy/positive is a choice. People don't make you happy as such, you can make yourself happy yourself, regardless of circumstances. Find a passion in life and stick to it, make a job out of it, then you will love to wake up every day because you will love what you do. You will not want to go to bed, because you will want to work: that could be writing books ( like me), writing songs, music, painting etc. Doing things you love will make you happy and you will become a happy person that vibrates positive energy, and everyone will want to be around you because of your happy energy/positive energy. Positive attracts positive. Be a positive person that changes the world for the better, but you have to start with yourself, make yourself positive, make yourself happy, BE positive energy. If you lead with a positive mind, you will never be ashamed of yourself. Remember, you have the power to turn bad things into good things. How you react to bad things is your choice. You can immerse yourself in bad feelings or bad thoughts, but they will destroy YOU and others around you as well. Bad things happen to everyone, just choose wisely HOW you react to those bad situations. Truly positive people are still positive REGARDLESS of what life throws at them. Turn negative into positive, make a mental choice, only you can do that, nobody else can do that for you. If you are a believer in GOD of the Bible this will give you extra strength and energy to keep going. You don't have to walk alone ever! You have a Best Friend always with you, living inside of you if you want. Make a conscious choice to be happy, to be positive - STARTING TODAY! Radiate positivity and you will attract positivity. We need more positive energy in this world. It is your choice and your choice only. What you are going to be?
