I cant even describe the excitement of seeing new Scar symmetry, after so many years of being silent.
You need to be on some hefty doses of psychedelics, have very vivid bursts of imagination, meditate like a master, or do some extremely active lucid dreaming to be able to write lyrics like these and it's not like you can just do any of that every once in a while. Shit takes time, my friend :D

I heard it and thought the exact same thing.
First time hearing this song, and immediately noticed the same thing. Ghost Prototype 2 is my all time fav from them.
It might have been intentional as well. Sometimes the "epic metal" bands will reference old riffs/leads or song parts. Dream Theater does that alot

Absolutely incredible piece of art. Undoubtedly a timeline-bending instant classic. In this song, Lars sounds like an ascended, ethereal neohuman/alien hybrid fulfilling the selfless duty of emanating some light into the dark ages of the technocalyptic cybergeddon with his enigmatic, soul-touching voice. Simply brilliant, unrivaled next-level music -- as expected.

Same! If you search the new album on google it shows the names of the songs but nowhere to hear them, I guess we have to wait for the rest of the album to be uploaded.
I just found this awesome band and automatically fell hard n heavy over these guys. Great melodic death metal at its best! The growler absolutely kicks fucking Ass! I have listened to this song more than 20 to 30 times! You have a permanent new fan. Bravo Scar Symmetry! WOW!

I wish I was you listening to them again for the first time! Holographic Universe is one of the best metal albums I’ve ever heard start to finish. All of their albums are great though.

Motherfuckers did it again.....bravo, boys. The most unsung monster in extreme metal, and a blueprint for a big part of more modern music. Fucking monster of a band, and another tight album. Breakneck feels with the synth and guitar cointer-point runs. Very groovy too. Ten ton sledgehammer and 5 bloody stars😂

Check out Altergeist and Gridworm: there are some really great 80s rock inspired parts in those!

With incredible stellar drumming and godlike guitar work both from the master himself and his new apprentice, topped with the soaring harmonic melodiousness and powerful harsh heavyness from the dynamic vocal duo being Lars and Roberth, electric cybernaut signals are sure to be shivering through the spine every time our ears and minds decode the electromagnetic swarming frequency patterns of your spectacular creation.
Just from the titles alone we can already sense the smell of burnt ashes from the Frankensteinian artilect's ravages, the rise of transhumanism, secret nazi bases, chronological anomalies, Operation high jump 2.0, neo-high tech-warfare, lore of Hyperborea, Atlantis and journeys to the center of the earth. It will be an action-packed and bumpy ride as we are moving one step closer to the grand finale of the Singularity trilogy for sure!

The battle between the old ways of ego consciousness, resisting the emergence of new ideas while wreaking havoc upon the earth with its obsolete paradigms of survival and domination, and the true Neohumanity; the arising of the next level of consciousness that goes beyond our current limited perception, where we are realizing the fundamental interconnectedness and inseparability of all life, not just intellectually but in actuality.
