I am your size & have I think 4 Amelias & I think they are all 3X, & 1 of them is the "digital roses" print, & I remember thinking I certainly wouldn't have wanted it smaller! That's why I was surprised the second one you showed fit you so well, in fact I think it was the most flattering out of all of them. I hope you kept that one! ; )

Excellent tutorial! So helpful. Question on the sleeves. Do they fit tight on all sizes? They look like they fit uncomfortably tight.
They are a fitted/stretchy sleeve, but not necessarily tight. Jill doesn't ever find the arms to be tight, but Steph does (which is an ongoing problem LOL), so that's one reason we like to size up. If you are at all busy or bigger on top, definitely size up.
I size up one size from my usual and they r very comfy.
Thank you for this video! I just ordered my first Amelia and went by the size chart, so I got an XL and it won’t zip up all the way! I’m 5’5” and a solid XL/size 20 in “normal” clothes. Would you guys recommend I try a 2XL or a 3XL? Thank you so much!
2princessesmom hi! Was the XL you tried on stretchy? If it was I would go with a 3X. If it wasn’t stretchy, then 2x is likely fine.

This was really helpful! I've been contemplating the Amelia and wasn't sure if it was going to fit like a potato sack. I'm similar to both of you, 18/20 and 5'8". I hate when the waistline makes me look pregnant, and you really explained that well here. I'm glad I could watch this before spending $65.
Christina L. Urban so glad this was helpful! We both originally ordered XL based on the size chart and didn't realize the fit was off for us until we tried the 2X. Definite waist creep on the XL! ;)

Jennifer Ward typically a 95/5 poly span. It's very light and stretchy, but maybe not the most breathable thing in the world. I find it comfortable.

This dress runs so small compared to other Lularoe clothes. Any word if they're going to rectify this?
MidWest Katie we haven't heard any word about the sizing changing for the Amelia's. We find the Amelia, Julia, Ana & Nicole dress sizing to be a bit less generous...
