We just decided to take space and in order for me to release him I wrote him a love letter where I told him of my unconditional love and support for him while he reconnects with himself. I’ve had so many omgsh moments while listening to this read lol. The first lot of DF messages only resonated in a few places, but the DM messages and the later DF messages around my intuition and lack of tolerance is 💯
That cycle of ignoring my intuition to avoid the feelings of abandonment is so embarrassingly on point. I strongly ignored my intuition in my relationship I was in before I met my DM.
