Digital readout for the rip fence on my Felder CF741

Adding a digital readout to the rip fence on my Felder CF 741. Not without its challenges, but definitely not too difficult. This is how i went about it, & hopefully if you are contemplating adding a DRO to your equipment, this will help.

There are many different ones online. The first one i bought was from Ebay, but exactly the same as the one i linked above.

Hi, I would also like to understand better, I had the same one in mind, I have a Felder cf410 p full digital, thanks; Lamb Tool Works DRO Flip Stop, do you know it? 😉

Hi @claudiovivori2225, are you wanting to add the same DRO to your rip fence or outrigger? I have seen the Lamb Tool Works flip stops, but I'm too cheap to buy one, that's why I went for the cheaper option on the outrigger. That said, I have found it to be very accurate. I don't believe there are any off the shelf options for the rip fence though, hence my DIY job.
