One think I dnt like about these guys that say things like "ignore your thoughts" or control your emotions, all these things are usually in the subconscious mind. It does not matter how much you do affirmations or pray or even meditate, if the subconscious mind is not healed from alot of the negativity it has absorbed from the world...you are still going to have those same occurring problems.
