The magazine disconnect safety is stupid, you can't drop the hammer without stick your mag in the gun, imagine you are unloading the gun, you pull out the mag, rack the slide, and try to drop the hammer, you can't, you have to put the mag back in to do that
I own one of these as well. The finish wears off fast and took a good many rounds before the gritty sounding slide began to operate smoothly. Overall happy with it though.
